I like all the Support that I have received during my flight.
Flight cancelled at last time 3h before and it was unforgettable because we have working engagement and we need to go home. Im very disappointed for this flight
They flew us to Zurich and have us layover there for a night with very last minutes notice, so we had to wait at the airport for 6hrs.

even with delay upon departure, the crew managed to get us on time to Lux, nice relaxing and generous service.. Classic good quality products. The opening time for the drop off was a bit late.. long queue of passengers waiting already before desk opened.
On time! The wait to board standing outside was miserable. The “priority” boarding is misleading as it does not help the boarding process at all. The bag charges were very high and my expected carry on did not quite fit in the measurement box. The lobby experience at the airport was terrible! Signage and directions were inadequate. The staff was all lovely.
Late boarding as our plane was late arriving from previous flight, then 3 hours sat on the tarmac waiting for a time slot. Then, when we arrive at Birmingham airport, we had to lug our bags down the plane steps, cross the tarmac and lug our bags up the stairs to enter the airport. Horrendous!
Sadly the experience with the airline is worse one ever. Starting from the state of the inside that was filthy that flies was flying around our legs. The food is expensive than a restaurant, imagine a family of 4 spending almost £50 for just sandwich of bread and ham no tomatoes and lettuce in it and a small container of crips that is not up to 20 pieces and a can of coke or Pepsi, and unfortunately that is a person ffour hours pay of work before tax. I know the blame will go to high cost of living but even at that the price is too much.
flight delay was announced after passengers were staged to board the flight. Communication regarding subsequent gate changes was poor.
Ground staff a baggage drop in Palma were generally unhelpful. The flight was delayed and the boards were never updated and there was no communication on the length of the delay.
Over 2 hours delay, communicated last minute - and no acknowledgement by flight crew
Boarding was terrible. We were all cooped up in a small, claustrophobic space awaiting to be let out to walk to the plane. Very cramped and very uncomfortable.
Although our departure (DUB) was slightly delayed we reached our destination (LBA) ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive too (around €100 return). Plus, the departure times for both legs were very good: 13:05 and 15:10, respectively. I gave a neutral rating for Food and Entertainment because I didn't avail of either.
Dislike standing for 30 minutes waiting to board. Coffee disgusting, hot sandwich almost inedible. Staff cheerful. Flight early.

Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.

We had a fantastic crew, super friendly and very helpful but the actual boarding part of it was terrible. You actually felt like we were going to a Third World country to be honest all the way up to the airport and the way it was split up going in all different kinds of directions and no one knew what they were supposed to do was extremely stressful

Crew is always very pleasant. I solely fly one world and always have great experience with BA. Thank you!
I'm flying several times per month in business class. You had the worst food by far from any company I have ever flew with. The Spanish wine was great. I purchased Internet, but it didn't work well for most of the flight.
The calls for our boarding group weren't heard/clear.
