They only had an asian soup for our return. Since we left at 1:00 am, I slept through the dinner and woke up about six hours later quite hungry."

On the flight back the seats where very uncomfortable, they where so bad that my back started to hurt after the first 2 hours. I can sit in a wooden chair for 2 hours. But these where just horrible, it just shows how cheap the airline has become. And the cabin was heated all those people in a heated cabin during a night flight. It was clear the climate control was not working. To top that off you are not even offered a glass of water, these people are animals.
We purchased a Go First Pass for 10 Euros each so we could board first, but everyone was able to board at the same time so we wasted 20 Euros. The flight left ab out 15 minutes late and was not allowed to land at Healthrow so we had to circle Heathrow for about 45 minutes. This caused us to almost miss our flight from Heathrow to Atlanta.
Severely delayed with no notice. Could have arrived at the airport hours later had we been informed of the delay
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.
Airmalta does not include meals in their flights and neither offers entertainment.

Cons: "Both times into Rome we had to wait on the tarmac for stairs. Either get more stairs or book fewer flights. The planes get hot in July while you wait endlessly on stairs."
A heated chicken pie as a snack was terrible and could not be eaten. It should never be served. The crew took a long time in cleaning up after meals
Lots of problems with your partner airline, American Airlines. They caused massive delays and cancellations. My wife is handicapped and uses a wheelchair. British Airways did not deliver her wheelchair or my walker to the door of the airplane when we arrived in London Heathrow. They evidently didn't find those items until later. When they were finally located, we had to figure which baggage tags were for our bags or for the wheelchair or the walker. Because we had gotten the suitcases in London, American Airlines refused to do anything and required us to take care of the four bags. No help at all, even it was clear that my wife was handicapped, and we needed disability assistance. We experienced the worst travel ever in nearly fifty years of traveling to Europe. Neither British Airways nor American Airlines are reliable. We will never travel with them again.

We are still waiting to see where they are and if we get them back. It seemed that even though we asked and were reassured several times, the team at AA was unable to deal with the luggage transfer"
Total jobs worths over carry on bags, charged £96 extra for bags that were clearly hand luggage
Cons: "Made us run from one end of the airport to the opposite end, because they said they had ‘operational difficulties’, causing them to switch gates between two flights. Total baloney, and completely avoidable."
Cons: "I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service"

Vegan option advertised on the on-board Bistro menu and ordered and paid - but then turned over the box to see ingredients and it wasn't vegan. Ridiculous service EasyJet."

The only problem (though this had nothing to do with the airline) was having to sit in Nantes airport for 14 hours with no access to real food after about 11PM. The free shuttle into Nantes is great but I wish it worked later on Sundays. I was thrown for a loop and by the time I got a handle on what my options were they had closed."

Cons: "The flight took off half an hour late, when we landed at stansted we were waiting for another half an hour to disembark (not the first time this has happened on a Ryanair flight) and lugggage took nearly an hour to reach baggage claim. The price of the flights are not worth being delayed by 2 or 3 hours especially if you have somewhere to be. If you have no other choice, then make sure you purchase priority booking!"
Cons: "2 hours 36 min late no refreshments or apologies additional hour on the tarmac, no money penalty"
Cons: "I don't think it was very clear when I made the reservation that paying for a checked bag was only one way. I would like to have some reminder or notification that I had selected only one way. I was surprised to have to pay for the bag on the way back. And it was significantly more than on the website."
