Pros: "The crew was professional & friendly"
Cons: "Food was terrible honestly, entertainment system didn't work on 1st flight."
Pros: "Reclinable seats."
Cons: "The food!! The lights could be dimmed as it was a night flight."
Cons: "We had 4 hour delay causing a stop over at 3am. So yeah"
Pros: "Crew was pleasant but not attentive to detail. Bypassed is completely for snack and drink towards end of 9 hour flight!"
Cons: "Pay attention to passengers."
Pros: "The crew was nice and helpful (our flight was 2h late so they put us on the one before in business class for us not to miss our connection)"
Cons: "A lot of delays, on both flights. We spent twice as much time waiting than flying."
Pros: "Crew was in a festive mood, the meal was unexpectedly delicious"
Cons: "Seats ok, but could be more comfy"
Pros: "The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable."
Cons: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."
Pros: "Gaps between seats are very narrow."
Cons: "when serving drinks, cabin crew limited to serve liquor only once and it was poor service."
Pros: "Short flight and being able to escape from drunk belligerent Passenger on previous flight"
Cons: "Nothing"

The flight was cancelled and I had nothing but problems with Lufthansa for 5 months leading up to the flight. I will never book with Lufthansa or through Kayak again.

They canceled the flight and even have not send any notification about flight cancelation.

The flight was delayed. Don't recall much else, as the flight was short and I slept through most of it.

The airport shuttle drive ran into a wall, causing a 20 min delay to a connect flight. He only spoke German and most if the travelers in the shuttle bus were non German speakers. The air hostesses were mostly brusk or downright rude.

I flew business class and although the seats were not as nice as United Airlines they were comfortable. The entertainment selection was great. The flight attendants were most attentive.

Pros: "Boarding was great. There is priority boarding available for those booked on connecting long haul premium economy flights."
Cons: "The seat was very uncomfortable. For a 2 hour flight, it was okay. Any longer would have been difficult."
Pros: "The crew were super friendly. There was plenty of space and I slept for a few hours"
Pros: "The crew was great. Food was good for the most part."
Pros: "I am always amazed how Lufthansa gets it right."
Cons: "Legroom was tide. When the person in front of you put their seat down you feel like ham in a sandwich."
Pros: "Great ride in a big plane!"
Cons: "Flight was late and it seemed like every time we turned a corner we had to go through security again! Leg room in economy must be very difficult for a tall person...no leg room!"

This flight was better, plane was newer and didn’t have broken parts. Flight crew was very attentive and friendly.

Very poor embarkation in Belgrade , employees not friendly, not well organized. The flight was delayed by over 2.5 hours and the employees at the air Serbia desk at Belgrade were unhelpful, disinterested and all appeared more concerned about their snack (all were munching something) than assisting passengers

It was not communicated in advance by the airline, but we needed a PCR test before boarding.

Cons: "My booking reference code was delivered too late so I missed the check-in time and therefore missed the flight"
Pros: "The crew was friendly."
Cons: "The boarding in Belgrade for the Belgrad-Brussles flight was delayed and a mess, but they blamed it on air control issues over Germany,"
Cons: "Paid the ticket and check in luggage at Opodo but was informed at the counter that luggage has not been paid for. Denied checking in luggage despite having a printout saying it has been paid for. “The luggage is not in our system” was the only response."
Pros: "Quick and short flight. Plane was clean and comfortable"
Cons: "The way they nickel and dime their customers. Their baggage fees are ridiculous! Paid $224 for round trip ticket.... paid about $132 round trip for my luggage!!! Will never fly with them again."
Pros: "We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."
Cons: "Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"
Cons: "Flight was late and caused loss of connection flight to Amsterdam"
Cons: "My suitcase dodnt arrive because they decide to leave it in skopje till the next day . I did not have any of my personal things woth me ."

The crew was not very friendly or did not seem like very approachable. The plane was quite dirty and it didn’t sound too good when landing.

The one thing I must say is that the flight wasn't full at all, and in this case, I'm really unsure why they wouldn't sit people farther from each other.

Pros: "Flight duration"
Cons: "Leg space, cabin bag allowance more than 5 kg. Water at least to be served onboard a long distance flight."
Pros: "The food options were amazing and the wine was very nice!"
Cons: "WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay."
Pros: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Cons: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"
Pros: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
Cons: "As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent."
Pros: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Cons: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."
Cons: "Staff could of been friendlier. They would not give me a cup of water and said i had to buy a bottle."
Cons: "Wiz air seems to trick you constantly to get more money out if things they hide from you.. online check-in required.. letting you in work a trolley and then charge you at the gate.. pee service overall.. beware!!"

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.

It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.

To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.

I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.

What I liked new airplane Sitting was extremely uncomfortable! Crew not smiley at all Always chewing gum

The flight was cancelled just 4 hours before the take off...

No food on board. Not comfortable. Had to move seats was delayed more than 3 hours.

Pros: "The food and beverage selection as always. The seat was quite pleasant as well."
Cons: "Crew forgot to serve me when doing meal service. I got up and food but found it interesting that 2 flight attendants walked right by me without saying anything. The flight was late departing and arriving."
