Pros: Crew was nice and efficient

Cons: Economy seats don’t recline enough.

Cons: Lost a single baggage item, a car seat. Critical for us to leave the airport, and delayed us for over an hour upon arrival. Gave us a loaner car seat that barely fit our child.

Pros: KLM was a great experience compared to Airitalia. The food was good, the flight attendants were very helpful.

Cons: Uncomfortable seat but it’s only a 1 hour flight so not a big deal.

Pros: The crew was amazing and the food was great.

Cons: Something did not go right with our booking so it took some work for the airline to get it figured out for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time. But that was an unexpected stress.

Cons: The overall travel was good, no wifi and the entertainment system had a faulty headphone connection, and no place to charge devices other than through a USB port

Cons: The flight advertised meals..a small pastry was served an hour into the flight. I asked when the meal would be and was told a few hours...which turned out to be breakfast..i wated all night for food that only came an hour before landing. Now hungrey and tierd.I.will not be flying klm ever again !!

Pros: The crew were very nice, food was tasty, seat comfortable and the entertainment great as well. Will be flying KLM again soon :)

Pros: The flight was smooth, the service was friendly, and the food with plentiful.

Cons: Too much activity in the cabin during the flight.

Cons: One of our entertainment consuls had to be rebooted 4 times and still didn’t work. We gave up asking.

Cons: the connecting times for klm seem to be very close - if your running late to start - you may not make your next one -

Pros: Cabin Crews was extremely good and hospital. Transfer point staff buggy / wheal Chair was good and second to none.

Cons: Transfer point needs upgrade.

Pros: The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

Pros: Comfortable seat, friendly crew. Crew were conscious of recycling which I like a lot as there is so much waste on flight. Anything we can do to reduce waste is very welcome.

Cons: Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me.
