Pros: I understand that I was renting at a difficult time and the staff was calm and understanding.
Cons: The transaction took 35 minutes to complete. In an environment where we were trying to reduce exposure to each other, this was a long time to be at their desk. The man checking me out was elderly and incredibly slow. More importantly, I rented in late March when Coronavirus was getting intense. It was clear that the interior of the car had not been wiped down. There were crumbs and dust on the steering column and dash. Use at your own risk!!!

Cons: We picked up the car from a tiny stuffy cubicle that had no hand sanitizer and nowhere to distance from others. There was a window that could be opened, but it was not open. When we said that we didn’t want to loss/damage insurance because our credit card covers that, he got a very strange look on his face and then was typing a lot like he was looking something up. The car that we got had multiple dings and scratches and some pretty significant but subtle marring of the paint job and the man who deliver the car to us insisted on cataloguing them himself instead of letting us note them and didn’t include all of the things I was worried about. Once in the car it became clear that someone had been smoking in it. As we got out on the road, we noticed that the alignment was not good. When we got on the highwaY the alignment became even worse and it often sounded like we were going over rumble strips even when we weren’t and it would periodically feel like the tires were ever so slightly rocking in opposite directions as they were rolling forward. It was a stressful drive because we were afraid the car was going to break down and a stressful experience because we are worried that the company is going to try to stick us with all the body work that car needs since we didn’t buy their insurance.
Pros: The staff were wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful.
Cons: The office had moved 2 months ago, but the old location was listed as the place to go for pick up. Fortunately it was walking distance away
Pros: The staff was friendly enough and I was served quickly when I arrived.
Cons: I was not given the vehicle class that I booked. I booked a Full-Size SUV (Jeep Grand Cherokee or equivalent) but was given a crossover (Nissan Murano). I was told that I they would "give me a good deal" on a premium SUV (Tahoe, etc.) but was not given a discount on my downgrade.
Cons: Rude and uninformed staff. They rip you off!

Pros: Staff were nice and friendly.
Cons: Interior of car was filthy. Stains and marks all over the seats. When I got in the car it had an almost overwhelming smell of marijuana. If I had been pulled over for any reason I’m sure the car would have been searched.
Cons: It was all great. Super friendly staff. Made my day

Pros: The car was in good shape
Cons: I was really disappointed that I was charged additional taxes that increased my rental price by 25%. When taxes are due, Kayak should let renters know when they are selecting their car. I was unaware of this and ended up paying much more than I was willing to. Additional taxes and fees should be clearly stated and not in the fine print of the agreement
