Wore experience due to delay and took me 3 days to reach my destination.

All over with Qatar airlines my experience was really bad due to delays and then putting me on different airlines and after 8 hours of wait I had to listen to their is no plane to fly for another 24 hours. Wore experience ever.

They have misplaced my one checked bag which I have not received in Philadelphia and have lodged complaint with American Airlines, the staff of Indigo was rude with us, at the checking counter, I think she purposely withheld my one of the checked bag, because the American Airlines staff told me that bag was not received at Doha airport. Kindly help me with one of my checked bag to get it. My flight was from Mumbai to Doha and then Doha to Philadelphia.

I had never seen any cabin crews behaving like that. They are not at all professionally fit for this job

Terrible. The website insisted that I wasn't logging in correctly to confirm my flight. It also wouldn't let me register as a member. I was unable to get a boarding pass until 4 hours before the flight so I couldn't get through security and had to wait. It was unlike anything I've experienced in decades.

It was the terrific, I was promoted to businessman class, and the service was amazing.

Not so good. Issues with seat assignments, unruly lines during check-in, half a sandwich on an international flight. I was originally supposed to be on Qatar airways, but it was switched to Indigo after I bought my tickets. They wouldn't even let me get seat assignments from the US to Mumbai. I was automatically assigned seats, and a middle one at that. Terrible.

Only chicken as a meat dish through out the flight

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

Okay experience, seats had a very poor legroom and width. Very uncomfortable for long journeys.

In general terms the service was excellent. I would ask that they add more content in Spanish to the catalog of movies, series and music.

Turkish airline always good Only Turkish representatives at the gave need to be more helpfull to any staff who traveling on Turkish airline . One situation happened Ist to jfk on Feb 29 TK3 had seats I asked them to transfer me to tk3 because Feb 29 tk1 was oversold and they advise me that I might not make it for tk1 I asked them to transfer me to tk3 and they say no they can’t do it I been telling them you know that I don’t have a chance for tk 1 why would you let plane go with some empty seats on tk3 if you can transfer me to tk3 and have less staff on tk1 and still told me no I waited for tk1 9 hours and only last minute I got seat on tk1 It was not easy situation but I am glad I made it home Thank you Turkish Airline One more suggestion for Turkish Airline you need to make a FIRST CLASS cabin it would be so cool 🆒 Good luck all the best See you more

Multiple errors by Turkish airlines and Istanbul Airport kept us from making flight. Stuck in Istanbul!

The flight departed on time and the staff was professional.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Choice of Vegetarian Food in Economy class needs overhaul improvement

The gate was changed at the very last moment and no one informed us. The flight was one hour late and the screen broken, the remote control not working. One toilet was out of order . the other toilets were also not totally functioning, because the washbasin was plugged and the water couldn't flow away.

The food could be better, the beef was quite tough. The crew were friendly and helpful on this flight, which has not being my experience on other Ethiopian flights.

The entertainment (movies) blockbuster and classics never change. I am a frequent Ethiopian flyer and this should be addressed. Not much changed from my summer flight and my December flight. It is annoying - surely you can update the selections more often. Same with food options. It becomes extremely boring to be offered the same exact meals from Washington to Addis to Maputo every trip, each time. AS

The check in staff was amazing. Best customer service! The plane was old! My entertainment on the first flight didn't work at all, in my seat or in the seat next to me. The bathroom doors were old and troublesome. One of the bathrooms, the whole sink panel was broken. Everything felt old and falling apart. The airline stewardesses were amazing and quite hospitable. When there were delays, they kept us well informed. Transit was GREAT! I wasn't sure how I would make it to my next flight in 1 1/2 hours but the security lines were short and efficient. The C gates in Addis Ababa were CROWDED! That whole space downstairs was too crowded and challenging to manuever. I usually fly Ethiopian within Africa and was interested to see how the experience would be intercontinental. Overall, I would choose it again if it was cheaper than Delta/Air France or Lufthansa/KLM. I wouldn't make it a first choice if the prices were the same because the planes are so old! The food and entertainment also weren't as good. Good selection of movies but as I mentioned, on the first flight they didn't work at all (I slept so it was okay) and the 2nd flight it was glitchy. All in all, I didn't hate it but it would be a first choice only if it's cheaper.

Is a terrible airline. The seats are tiny, staff are lazy and rude. Everything is a mission for them and they always take forever. Check in and passport control is enough to turn you off Mauritius all together. Let alone the airline. Mauritius is gorgeous and a must visit if you could avoid the airport and Air Mauritius.

The crew were great as usual. The flight was rescheduled two hours later but delayed by more than an hours to load cargo. The was upsetting because I missed scheduled meetings in Johannesburg.

Though the food was very good ,I think the portions were too big. It was hard to manage everything on that small table. And you really don't feel like eating too much on a long flight. Just a suggestion and it would save you some money too.
