Pros: We ran into a passport problem and they sent Wilis Otieno back home to Nairobi instead of helping him resolve it. I made a dozen phone calls to no avail. Very disappointed.

Cons: Online check-in was very messy - not available. After contacting the phone support, it was possible.

Pros: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.

Cons: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Pros: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Cons: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Cons: The layover time was too close for FRA. By the time everyone deplaned and was shuttled to the terminal by a bus it was already my boarding time. I had to rush through the passport control feeling nervous The seat pitch of the flight was narrow. I could not use my laptop once the person in front of me reclined.

Pros: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Pros: The crew were really nice and seemed to genuinely care about the passengers, were approachable and were very happy to chat with passengers and help them out.

Cons: The food options always seem to run out by the back of the plane and this time didn't match the menu they gave me at the start of the flight, not that I minded because the option I was given was pretty tasty.

Pros: It was empty so we were told we could move around in the empty seats

Cons: Food was basically carbs, carbs and more carbs (especially if vegetarian). Some diversity, please. Staff forgot requests on a couple of occasions (Economy Delight cabin).

Cons: I paid $100 extra for extra leg room. I was put right next to the bathrooms. All night long people were standing in line to use the bathroom. My extra leg room was taken by people standing in the space and actually stepping on my foot. Not worth the extra $100.

Cons: Flight was delayed in Frankfurt due to technical issues. That was fixed, but ended up missing the flight to Minneapolis. Lufthansa provided vouchers to hotel and shuttle to the hotel (holiday inn express) and back to the airport. We stood out in the cold for 45 mins but the shuttle did not show up. Ended up taking Uber to the hotel only to find out their shuttle service does not start in the morning before 5:30 am. They booked me on a 6 am flight with 5:45 boarding time. The hotel scheduled a taxi to pick me up at 3:30 am to make back to the airport on time. I ended up spending $70 and I’m totally exhausted. I wished I just stayed at the airport. Not to mention the quality of the hotel accommodations is less than average. Very disappointed with how this whole situation was managed.

Cons: The crew often bashed my wife's elbow with their trolleys. I am 6'2" and I could not sit with my legs straight in front of me. There is no leg room and the seats do not recline very far. The food was repulsive. They ran out of vegetarian options (my wife is a vegetarian) and what we did eat turned our stomachs.

Cons: Metal bars in the middle of the leg room space make stowing a small carry on under the seat in front of you impossible for all passengers in a row. Also awkward to place feet around. No direct air vents so I felt hot even wearing just a t shirt. Breakfast not as good
