The flight stewards and stewardesses were polite and nice.

Easyjet always overbooks and was late leaving causing us to get in at 1:30am on a flight that was supposed to leave at 9:35pm. They overbook and forced us to out our carry ons in the hold, further delaying us when we landed and had to run to catch the last train out of Gatwick. Their one bag only policy is rubbish. Even Ryanair allows a carry on and laptop bag. This forces customers to have to overstuff their carry ons. The only way to get an extra bag is to pay, and over my dead body am I paying for what every other airline provides free of charge. If I have to extoll the virtues of Ryanair on here, you know you're doing something wrong. The ground staff is absolutely rude and had an altercation with my partner over checking our bags, only to find out they don't even represent Easyjet! So they clearly don't care about customer service since the airline isn't even employing them. Please have staff who are trained to deal with customers support you and who actually work for your airline, otherwise, why would they care?! I will try and avoid flying with Easyjet if at all possible. Garbage policies, constant lateness and terrible ground staff.

Newer clean plane, courteous service, Fairly easy process and they do offer the electronic boarding pass - which is a big plus for me. Left a bit late -- but made up for it in flight and got to destination in time. Overall, I would recommend.

No show stoppers just keep in mind this is a typical budget airline deal. They have extra charges to choose your seat, for bags, food & drinks onboard etc. And there is no entertainment. Know that, and you're ok.

Fares were very low, boarding was smooth, several seats were empty.

We were told that we could only carry on one item, unless we upgraded to Easyjet plus, but we were not able to upgrade because no seats were available, even though the plane was only ~2/3 full. Our 'extra' items were a knitting bag and a laptop bag, but the checkin agents persuaded us that we would need to check the carry ons anyway, which slowed our departure enough that we missed our bus and had to get a taxi (for 200 pounds). Our flight had plenty of empty seats, and there was more than enough room for us to have had our carryons and personal items (which I would have been willing to pay the upgrade fee for, as the total price would still have been competitive.

The dinner on the cross Atlantic flight was good. Crew was nice

I'm a senior citizen trying to stretch funds to travel -- paying extra for an early seat assignment is not in my budget. Logging in 24 hours ahead to get a seat was incredibly inconvenient--I happened to be in a museum and without WiFi. (It could have been in the middle of the night or on a connecting plane.) I then had trouble entering all the required data and was finally told I had to wait 24 hours to try again-- that made no sense because I had to be on my flight 24 hours later. As a senior citizen who struggles with using the internet, it is particularly difficult. PLEASE let people choose a seat when making a reservation WITHOUT charging extra.

Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit.

We departed about 10 minutes late, then landed 20 minutes later than planned due to lack of runway space at Stansted.

Quite delayed departure. Plane parked away from terminal building in Dusseldorf - cramped bus trip necessary.

Aircraft was fairly comfortable once we actually got on. Crew pleasant if unexceptional

Flight was an hour late when we were called for boarding. After all passengers arrived at gate we were made to stand around for another hour before boarding began. No announcements were made in this time explaining what was going on.

Terrible service in flight and customer service wise .. app functionality was below

Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit.

No chargers or tv on planes

At Amsterdam we were told that our checkin luggage wouldn't be at Sydney!! Some low fat meals were terrible!

Staff at Schipol airport were lovely and very helpful. Cabin crew were friendly and efficient. On board snack was nice.

Elbow room is a little bit awkward and I didn't get to sit next to my fiance WE will still definitely recommend KLM though!
