Pros: Nothing special to mention

Cons: No luggage room above our head, we had to leave our luggage somewhere else far from our seats and the crew should help us promptly to get those luggage back but no, we had to get it ourselves and had to wait till the very end after all the other passengers have already got off the plane. Not fair on us when we were sat next to exit but had to anxiously wait. Shame!

Pros: The online booking & check in saved time. Process from baggage check in to boarding were smooth & hassle-free. That's what I need for a short flight. Will recommend to my brother when he & his wife travel to Europe end of this year

Cons: No time so approached the counter staff at the airport about baggage hold, info provided was not complete. Luckily found some time to double check online, saved €€€ on baggage hold. Also, pls ignore rating on the food & entertainment, there were none. Overall, experience good enough for my short flight.

Pros: I had to book this flight in desperation after another airline let us down. From booking online, with two hours to go until our flight, through checking in. It was smooth and uncomplicated, unlike Lastminute.com.

Pros: I liked how economical the fare was and the fact that I managed to fly from Amsterdam to London.

Cons: I didn't like the smug staff at the airport who were not at all helpful with my bag checking or how many times the gate changed. The airplane itself was old and frightful to fly on. I can safely say that I will never use Flybe again.

Apparently easyjet and the airport boards don't communicate with one another? Took 40 minutes to escort us back to the front of the airport then had to pay an extra 160 quid to change to the next flight. Coming back the flight almost landed on an unclear strip so we had to pull back up when we were very close to the ground which scared a lot of people. Felt like we were treated like cattle rather than people. Although our trip was wonderful everything easyjet related was awful. Parking price due to delays cost me a further 100 quid at Luton airport. Flight time is 45 minutes. We arrived 2 hours after the time we were supposed to arrive. Another couples bag was lost, 5-6 were told they missed their flight when they had not missed their flight and they also had to pay extra, extremely unhelpful.

Pros: Great cheerful helpful crew as ever, even if the lady on the bag on the bag drop seemed rather unhappy.

Cons: Luton Airport. This is the first time I have landed there and I think it competes for the worst airport in the world. Very cramped, long queues at passport control, toilets out of order everywhere, awful decor, terrible signage. Dirty crowded, depressing. And the train service at the station is also dreadful.

Pros: A good range of cafes at Gatwick while my wife and I wait 7 hours at airport for next flight

Cons: Easyjet's abysmal customer service. We are at gate 40 minutes before and are waiting to board only to find out that they have closed the gate early due to few passengers,wiyhout making any announcement. The airplane is still standing right there but they say we can't board as they have closed the doors. To make things worse, Easyjet refused to pay for the replacement flight, let alone compensate us for the flight we missed (cutting our 2 day holiday in half practically).

Pros: We Arrived over two hours early waited in the line designated for 45 minutes then told to get in a different line which was slow. Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag.

Pros: Everything was so speedy with them, the checkin process, boarding and off boarding it’s all done with such efficiency and purpose. Staff are incredibly friendly and I think that they do a terrific job for such fair pricing.Would absolutely recommend them over the other budget carriers!

Cons: There’s no entertainment, so bring downloaded Netflix movies, or a book. I gave a slightly lower score for food as my first choice was not available.

Pros: Last minute flight (booked 4 hours before departure), one way, economy, for €99 from Amsterdam to Edinburgh via Gatwick. Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer.

Cons: Missed my connection to Amsterdam in London because flight was delayed in New York. Flight from Amsterdam cancelled the night prior to departure. Rebooked on a flight that was highly inconvenient. No compensation from BA for stress, inconvenience and wasted time.

Cons: Flight was delayed. They were aware that many of us had a connecting flight with not much time to get through passport control and to the gate. The crew should have let us off the plane first... we were sitting near the rear and only just made our flight

Cons: arrived at airport to find flight cancelled - I needed to get to exhibition that day - and, after long queue, discovered we had alternative flight late that night. Today I hear my saturday late flight has been re-scheduled for tomorrow - with no intervening email saying the saturday re-scheduled flight was re-scheduled itself....if you get me. On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed

Pros: We Arrived over two hours early waited in the line designated for 45 minutes then told to get in a different line which was slow. Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag.

Cons: We will seriously think of a different air line

Pros: Less busier flight for a change. Speedy check in and disembarking. Courteous flight crew.

Cons: Marked down entertainment as there isn't any on a very short flight. Food marked down as very limited and expensive.

Cons: I missed my flight to Birmingham due to a Thales train delay in Antwerp (5 hrs) when I finally arrived at Schipol the FlyBe desk wouldnt rebook me, I had to purchase a new ticket on EasyJet (via Kayak) and reroute to Edinburgh where I was supposed to be on Monday, please provide refund for flight I didn't take.

Pros: A good range of cafes at Gatwick while my wife and I wait 7 hours at airport for next flight

Cons: Easyjet's abysmal customer service. We are at gate 40 minutes before and are waiting to board only to find out that they have closed the gate early due to few passengers,wiyhout making any announcement. The airplane is still standing right there but they say we can't board as they have closed the doors. To make things worse, Easyjet refused to pay for the replacement flight, let alone compensate us for the flight we missed (cutting our 2 day holiday in half practically).

Pros: Everything was so speedy with them, the checkin process, boarding and off boarding it’s all done with such efficiency and purpose. Staff are incredibly friendly and I think that they do a terrific job for such fair pricing.Would absolutely recommend them over the other budget carriers!

Cons: There’s no entertainment, so bring downloaded Netflix movies, or a book. I gave a slightly lower score for food as my first choice was not available.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I received a flight delay notification saying that my flight is delayed by 37 minutes. But I still did arrive airport 2 hours before my flight, checked bag On time and went through security clearance 1.5 hrs before. The gate number was not assigned and later I found out that my flight took off on time. So I had to come out by front desk and rebook the flight to different airport which cost my extra taxi fare half day and too much Hassel. Never ever flying again in easy jet.

Cons: Missed my connection to Amsterdam in London because flight was delayed in New York. Flight from Amsterdam cancelled the night prior to departure. Rebooked on a flight that was highly inconvenient. No compensation from BA for stress, inconvenience and wasted time.

Cons: The tickets arrived at 9.50 am for 10.55 take off. I tried to cHe Kin in line but it didn’t let me. I went to the counter and they told me check in had closed and I would have to buy another ticket. It was my fault for buying a ticket. Goodbye £200. Thanks BA

Cons: Our BnB cancelled due to riots, Flybe refused to refund a single penny, they wouldn't offer vouchers or anything, not even for the Taxes. To change the tickets to another destination would have cost us MORE than just buying more tickets due to Flybe's fees.
