Pros: I appreciated finally getting to my destination.
Cons: There was a long 2 hour delay where we sat on the airplane and was not offered anything.
Cons: If you stop having food to buy, you should have extra meals to take care of passengers who ask for it.
Pros: Cabin crew were competent

Cons: I didn’t understand the booking process and that you have to pay for everything separately (choosing seats, luggage, boarding class, etc). I will be a better consumer now.
Pros: boarding was easy as the airplane had three rows of three seats and the attendant showed us were to go.
Cons: Entertainment. I was not aware that i would have to purchase headphones to enjoy the in flight entertainment. i ordered a meal months before when i booked my ticket. During the flight, i didnt receive my meal nor was made aware how to receive it once on the plane.
Pros: Flight was smooth, seats were comfortable with more than the usual leg room. TV screens were large and free. Overall it was a great flight.
Cons: My wife and i paid the minimum to board so of course we didn't expect any amenities. But i would think that coffee and especially water would be complimentary anywhere. We were fine without food but I mean how do you have an 8 hour flight and not offer water to passengers unless they request to pay for it.
Pros: The price
Cons: This is miss leading selling economy comfort as business class
Pros: Everyone was nice and the flight was good.
Cons: The food choices. I got this rice noodle soup that was so gross. A lot of the items I wanted to purchase where out of stock. I wish you had more episodes on the shows for entertainment

Pros: Nice clean, quiet and smooth ride. The economy seats seem to have a little more legroom than most.
Cons: The staff on both transatlantic flights were absentee. While I get that it is a budget carrier and they use a request your services via the entertainment system model, they were all behind the curtain all the time. Not even offering water occasionally. Really? Also, I don’t understand why they promote larger windows with dimming functions if the are going to override the controls. While I understand being courteous to other in the plane who might be sleeping, what good is ordering a window seat if the window is put and left in a darkened state the entire flight? An above the clouds sunset opportunity missed. Annoying!!!
