Pros: The crew was very helpful in adjusting my flights. The lack of information on passport policies from kayak have made me disappointed on this company and I will not be using it or recommending it in the future. I had to spent over 300$ in hotels and gas to get to Miami to obtain a new passport.
Cons: The booking services that kayak offered were not helpful at all. When I booked my flights to Spain the website should have alerted me that I needed a passport with an expiration date of over 3 months. Kayak should have information on travel policies to the countries they offered flights to.

Cons: It was extremely cold on the flight. I asked two different crew members to please turn the A/C down and nothing. I had 3 sweaters on and double socks, two blankets and it was still cold!! The worst
Cons: BA need to stop the silly practice of boarding according to status - it’s inefficent and leaves me with the impression that BA is obsessed with pseudo hierarchy.

Cons: The plane was again delayed. 4 flights with United, ALL 4 flights delayed. Plane is not quite comfortable. Boarding was messy. Could use lane for group 1 once they are boarded for all the other groups or have 2 ppl boarding for faster smoother turn around.

Cons: Having some luggage crew at Dulles. We waited a long time on the tarmac to get our carryon bags. We had a short time to catch a connecting international flight. We had to run the length of D & C terminals to get to our connecting flight.
Cons: The fight was fine. however on the flight to Houston they loaded one of my suitcases onto another flight. It arrived to late for me to get it before the ship left. Their customer service is horrible!!! They continually lied about where my luggage was. Never again!!!!!

Cons: Flight was canceled from Newark to Monachium then coming back plane from Krakow was late and I had to spend night in Monacoum . I arrived to Newark on Tuesday instead of Monday horrible trip all together ☹️
