Cons: The seats were too close especially when reclined. The lady next to me got into an argument 3 times with the man behind her and no one assisted the situation. The second security check needs a better signifier that it was done. It almost made me and another man miss our flight. Miserable attendants

Pros: I was offered to check in my carry on, it was nice.
Cons: I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience.
Pros: Nice clean, quiet and smooth ride. The economy seats seem to have a little more legroom than most.
Cons: The staff on both transatlantic flights were absentee. While I get that it is a budget carrier and they use a request your services via the entertainment system model, they were all behind the curtain all the time. Not even offering water occasionally. Really? Also, I don’t understand why they promote larger windows with dimming functions if the are going to override the controls. While I understand being courteous to other in the plane who might be sleeping, what good is ordering a window seat if the window is put and left in a darkened state the entire flight? An above the clouds sunset opportunity missed. Annoying!!!

Cons: When you pay over 500 per ticket and don’t even get a glass of soda water or a bag of pretzels, I find it disgraceful. I will never fly Norwegian again and I will urge my friends and family notnto.

Cons: They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this.
Pros: Crew was pleasant but not attentive to detail. Bypassed is completely for snack and drink towards end of 9 hour flight!
Cons: Pay attention to passengers.

Pros: Customer service from SFO to YVR. The BNE to YVR customer service wasn’t good when I came, particularly from the Brisbane airport staff, but going back, it was great.

Cons: in general the male flight attendant was very disinterested in resolving nonconformities such as that the light of the chair did not turn on or request for support in completing Customs form and uncomfortable seat
Pros: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.
Cons: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.
Pros: That there were TVs to watch on the seats and that it was quick boarding

Pros: The plane was 2 hours late and I could not get home. Missed the connection to Greenville at 11:38. They told me there were no hotels in Atlanta and I would have to stay in the airport and then take the 8:55 am fight to Greenville. That took an hour in line and there was no help.
Cons: The pilot was awesome. He flew as fast as he could to help anyone make their connection but it didn’t help. But I appreciate him trying. Just frustrated that being military I didn’t get to board earlier or that they didn’t help me find a way home

Pros: Wonderful friendly crew. Comfy seat. Very pleasantly impressed with the comfort on a CRJ900 -- windows are large and closer to eye level, standing room is enough.
Cons: No meal option and my video screen volume did not work

Cons: Flight took 3 hours longer than expected and they lost the baggage of me and 50+ other travellers
Pros: The crew was friendly and tried to provide a good service.
Cons: Wider seats and more leg room. The return trip from Ottawa to Vancouver was over $1200. I think that’s quite pricey given that any food or alcoholic beverage had to be purchased at an extra cost.
