Swiss messed up a Geneva-Zurich flight on a day with perfect weather. Then they didn’t even let people with almost no time to catch connections disembark first. Finally, luggage missed the connection of course and it took almost 24 hours for it to be delivered. We lost a whole day of vacation stuck in the hotel waiting for it.

Swiss messed up a Geneva-Zurich flight on a day with perfect weather. Then they didn’t even let people with almost no time to catch connections disembark first. I am submitting this complaint regarding the way our reservation was handled and the significant financial and personal hardship it caused. The airline changed the departure time of our original flight, making it impossible for us to make our connecting flight. This was not caused by any action on our part. After the schedule change, we spent considerable time working with both the airline and the travel company to find a reasonable alternative itinerary. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance was provided. Instead of accommodating us on another suitable routing, we were repeatedly told that our only option was to accept a refund. This was not a reasonable solution. We had purchased these tickets months in advance, and by the time the airline canceled our itinerary, airfare had increased dramatically. Because we had no workable alternative, we were forced to purchase completely new tickets with a different airline on a different route. The replacement tickets cost us approximately $2,000 more than our original reservation. In addition to the unexpected expense, the new itinerary was longer, less convenient, and caused us to lose an entire week of planned family visits. The financial loss, disruption to our travel plans, and countless hours spent trying to resolve this matter created an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Throughout the process, we felt that the airline simply tried to push us toward accepting a refund rather than taking responsibility for the consequences of the schedule change or making a genuine effort to accommodate us. We respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that the airline provide appropriate compensation for the substantial additional costs and losses we incurred as a direct result of the schedule change and the lack of reasonable assistance.

The flight attendants are amazing. The plane itself was not in good shape for passenger comfort. A good share of seat reclines were broken so they went back an unlimited amount, which meant the person in front of me was fully in my lap (the crew helped me find another seat but that would not have been possible on a full flight). Moisture from the ventilation was also dripping on me. And the entertainment system is almost impossible to hear.

Very unprofessional treatment of customers - boardring on being unethical. Only cares about money and not the customer. If you use the swiss brand, you should deserve it - now swiss air doesn't deserve the swiss brand.

Bad experience overall. Crew did not provide food for our 2 year old (even though we specifically bought a child infant seat for her and literally bought another full price flight), which was unacceptable. And we had to pay $310 each way to carry our ski equipment even though they advertise it as something that is free. Tickets were purchased the same way as usual, but they told us we had Economy Light tickets (I never elected to have such seats). Just plain manipulation and false advertisment. Very disappointed overall about this airline.

Smooth boarding, on time flight, decent food and entertainment options.

Poor. Seats uncomfortable. No leg room. Hot and humid the whole trip. Food and staffs were ok.

Delayed 30 mins Forced to check in my carry on luggage

Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.

The flight was canceled so it’s stupid to send me this now !!!!!

It was good; the only down side is that once you get to the airport everything is self service, there is no one assisting. I felt like I was working while I was on vacation during the check in process and dropping off the luggage. Really uncertain on what the airlines use payroll nowadays.

Sitting on the last row in between the aisle and a massive person, all people going to the bathroom bumped into me including the flight attendants.

It was transportation nothing more. I will give a positive rating over Ryanair. We missed our Ryanair flight the night before and received rude and unconcerned treatment from the Ryanair customer service. It was late. We were very tired and stressed after doing our best to get to the airport. The so called customer service ladies were completely unconcerned from the start. Aside from that, the flight to London seemed to be their opportunity for advertising. No time to relax as attendants were constantly in the aisle selling. I will never fly Ryanair again!!

Nice to fly out of Orly smaller easier to navigate airport. Being able to receive boarding pass well in advance of trip was comforting to know all travel was in order.

The terminals are far away, be prepared to walk. Also, You climb stairs to the plane since there are no aero bridges. Boarding was haphazard not in multiple groups, so stand in line early. Hard to find place to stow cabin baggage if you are behind in the line. You can purchase food on the plane. There are vegetarian options.

i didnt go this was a hacker booked this flight on my debit card !

Nothing! The service was excellent for accessibly challenged passengers, Used lift and all support personnel very helpful. Will fly again.

Worst airline in the world, will never travel in it again.

I am writing to share how your teams can better serve your youngest customers. On 9 January, 2024, I boarded and then de-boarded a flight with my 6 month old daughter. I have four children and travel extensively. Delays happen, but the stress my daughter had to ensure was avoidable with simple and straightforward actions. (1) communicate delays to customers -- Breastfeeding mothers are constantly timing feedings. If delays were communicated, I could have camly fed her instead of attentively waiting for priority boarding. There were no announcements and no updates to the monitor; (2) honor the priority boarding process -- While a staff member waved us in for priority boarding, half the plane boarded while the "priority check-in" representative was preoccupied; (3) anticipate challenges creating unnecessary stress to infants -- after completely ignoring the priority boarding procedure, and knowing that the plane had not even arrived, the team could have offered to board us last. My daughter could have been calm in the waiting area while breastfeeding. Instead my 6 month old was completely unnecessarily stressed in the middle of the jet bridge, packed in solid.

Cancelled last minute, I had to travel 13 hours by train at night
