£414 Find Cheap Flights from Basseterre to England – Compare and Save

This was the return leg of my trip. Tried to do online check in several times, both on BA App and online but it kept saying " it was not possible, check in at the airport". Got to Airport 3 hours before the flight to be told the flight was overbooked and I was on standby because I hadn't checked in online!!! Was told I could go and wait at the gate in case of a no show but would actually be booked on the next flight in 4 hours. At the gate I did actually get in to the original plane... And had 2 empty seats next to me.. So much for overbooked. To add insult to injury, my baggage did not arrive in LHR and was finally delivered over 24 hours later. I don't travel with BA very often.. This experience will make it even less likely, particularly as my wife had exactly the same issue 2 days later.

I couldn't check in over two days online, had to phone to secure a seat and at the airport they put me on standby, at the gate I had to push to get my seat allocated back to me! No catering, a small bottle of water and a biscuit. Yet business had a full meal and drinks service. Very poor.

Spent unnecessary hours on phone calls to resolve small error on one of the passengers name... It was extremely stressful and time consuming... Not great... Also all 4 members of the family: 2 parents/ 2 teenagers were allocated separate seats (even separate floors... Not great...

Absolutely the best airline for service and comfort by far! I only wish I could fly with them domestically!

Comfortable seats, good service overall. The food could’ve been a little bit better. The boarding process was slightly chaotic and in fairness, not all of that is related to the performance of British Airways.

The chairs were a bit tight even though I had extra feet space…2nd plane didn’t have entertainment and even though they said there was free WiFi-I believe the free WiFi wasn’t accessible unless u had some account set up….which I didn’t figure out

On time. Comfortable sats. Clean aircraft. Friendly crew. Good food.

Naples airport not the best ! Boarding via coach to aircraft never the best. Staff and captains announcements good. Flight on time with soft landing. Ran out of sandwiches half way down the plane. !! Not impressed. 7/10 satisfaction overall

That was awful. My flight from Zurich to London was delayed 2hours and 50 minutes. This had a significant negative impact on my work and living conditions. How can I complain?

The seats are not comfortable if you are not tall.
