Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.

Flight crew were really rude & unwilling to help. We were their last flight of the day & they made it very clear they just wanted to get the flight done & everything we were asking to purchase was an inconvenience. Really disappointed with BA

Incredible. The upgrade to Business was a phenomenal way to end my trip, beyond grateful for the generosity and hospitality.

Great! Apart from small sitting in one the flight everything else was good

Gates were changed at Heathrow with nothing show on the board about 200 plus people needed to take a tram to another section of the terminal. At JFK airport, we had to wait 1 hour(!) on the tarmac after a 7 hour flight to get a gate to deboard!!

Flight was excellent, staff was great. My first time in first class and it was very relaxing and comfortable.

They are disorganized….show your flight info half an hour before take off, so you are running all over the place. Customer personnel are not helpful, and act like you are bothering them when you asked for assistance - very rude!!! My very first and last time flying with British airways… good thing we have other options.

There was no entertainment offered or expected, so please disregard my readings of that component. The flight was fantastic. Efficient boarding, takeoff, and even early arrival!

2 hour delay with very little information given. Horrible service by BA employees at Heathrow after we missed our connecting flight. Extremely disappointing experience!

Missed slot to leave so we were on the plane for an extra hour. The seats were really uncomfortable and the food was poor. The experience makes me think twice about flying as I suspect they are all similar.

Fine, charter flights. Plane full, and staff nice and friendly. No option for free food or drink. Entertainment through paid app.

The 737-8 is too small for the length of flight especially if there are any delays

The flight was delayed over 2 hours, we should off left the plane2 late passengers as it’s not fair on everyone who’s followed the rules.

Dreamliner. Yes great if maintained. I didn't see anyones screen work consistently during either of our flights. Worse was their ability to not only dump you out of premium but separate couples and seat someone's carer at the opposite end of the aircraft. This poor gentleman had no hand so his partner who assists him, being seated at the other end of the aircraft, well that really showed us all what Tui think :( It was fairly dire all in all, they advertise all the perks of the dreamliner only in reality you don't have the features and they change the windows and colours to suit their constant sales pitches. Ironically they were so low on stock for the return flight that all their sales pitches were a waste of time! Their contract only favours them and 'operational changes' well they cover every excuse and Tui use it. Surprisingly we haven't reinstalled the Tui app or booked with them since. It's a shame as I rated them highly during the pandemic.

One flight attendant not wearing a mask over nose, 50% of passengers not either, and no effort to correct. Boarding was very late with no information - lots of standing around waiting.
