£267 Find Cheap Flights from Belfast to the United Arab Emirates – Compare and Save

The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.

Gates were changed at Heathrow with nothing show on the board about 200 plus people needed to take a tram to another section of the terminal. At JFK airport, we had to wait 1 hour(!) on the tarmac after a 7 hour flight to get a gate to deboard!!

Crew attentiveness and service as well as the quality of on board dining could be better. Seats and controls are very dated.

Nice lounge but had a 5 hour layover which is a lot

Flight was excellent, staff was great. My first time in first class and it was very relaxing and comfortable.

Cancelled flight, limited information and chaotic rebooking and accommodation provision. Apathetic crew who were more interested in taking about their layover plans than remembering passengers orders and actually bringing them (after 3 reminders). To top it off, priority baggage checked in at The Wing (LHR’s first class checkin) was delivered last to the baggage belt.

They are disorganized….show your flight info half an hour before take off, so you are running all over the place. Customer personnel are not helpful, and act like you are bothering them when you asked for assistance - very rude!!! My very first and last time flying with British airways… good thing we have other options.

The seats on the plane and at Heathrow Airport are so uncomfortable

There was no entertainment offered or expected, so please disregard my readings of that component. The flight was fantastic. Efficient boarding, takeoff, and even early arrival!

2 hour delay with very little information given. Horrible service by BA employees at Heathrow after we missed our connecting flight. Extremely disappointing experience!
