Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Cons: "They forced us to check our carry on baggage and then they lost a sandal which was attached to our backpack. The seats didn’t recline at all. The flight was late."
Pros: "Easy and well organised. No long waits."
Cons: "Check-in process for colleague's musical instrument appalling. For lute safety requires window seat. Can't be done online or at automated check-in desks. You have to go to customer services and wait in long slow queue for 2 assistants. Staff constantly bring others to desk in front of queue."
Cons: "One of the crew before boarding was trash."
Pros: "The ground staff who helped my mother were just amazing. So kind and considerate"
Cons: "The landing was a little rough"
Cons: "3 hours late and very little information. No refreshments provided."
Pros: "Quick boarding and disembarkation"
Cons: "Poor seat pitch. But only a half hour flight so wasn’t really a bother."

Cons: "Not waiting for 90 mins in Luton"
Pros: "Boarding was smooth and a far better experience than EasyJet's competitors"
Cons: "No delays!"
Cons: "More than one hour delay"
Pros: "Good crew - efficient, polite and made the trip easy"
Cons: "The usual shennanigans being herded into a crappy space before boarding.."
Pros: "Prompt boarding"
Cons: "Was delayed by one hour due to fog (not airlines fault, but a nuisance nonetheless)"
Pros: "On time. Price."
Cons: "No vegan food just crisps or alcohol"
Pros: "Quick flight."
Cons: "They threw a black man off the flight for being rude. He wasnt being rude. He was travelling with gf for romantic weekend in Amsterdam. Despite quite a few passangers speaking sensibly on his behalf and despite him apoligising to keep himself on flight. Clear racism!!!!"
Pros: "Speed of getting to the destination"
Cons: "Huge queues for security at Budapest airport that stretched to the front doors of the terminal, followed by terrible gate facilities in a warehouse structure in the middle of the runway away from the terminal building. Flight delayed by 40mins but no information shared with passengers who were standing in the queue with no access to facilities or any information about how long the delay would be. Flight itself was (eventually) fine but not encouraged to fly easyjet again from Budapest if it can be avoided."
Pros: "The staff were friendly"
Cons: "The passengers were arse holes bit the crew dealt with it well"
Pros: "Not much. I think anything we liked was about the airport staff, not the easy jet staff. The customer service lady was efficient, but not helpful and kind of rude and all she kept saying was “well everyone else made it”. The plane was also not full (I believe she said 60 people, maybe 58 not including us)."
Cons: "The plane was departing at 8:25 and boarding at 7:55 according to the ticket. At 7:57 there was no gate announced for the flight yet, so we went to the bathroom, came out and saw our gate and headed there. We got the gate wrong, but were only about 5 mins out of the way, so me and my 70 year old grandmother ran through the terminals and we got to the correct gate at 8:16 (less than 20 minutes from the time the gate was announced) and they would not let us on. Easy Jet’s policy (which we have a picture of) is that the gate closes 30 minutes before departure, but we did not even have a gate until less than 20 minutes from the departure. We did not hear them announce our names or last call (until the minute before we got there, and it did not seem like if they would have let us on if we were one minute earlier either). After this whole ordeal and being at the airport on time and through security in time, we went to talk to the check-in person to see what we should do. We stood in line and did not get called up (3 people did not have customers but were not calling me up), so I asked and one girl reluctantly said I could see her. As I was telling her what happened, she got a phone call, answered it in the middle of my explanation, and then chatted for a few minutes with another coworker about who was working and who was going on lunch when. After she hung up, she looked annoyed at me, and I told her again what happened, and she said she could help and to go to customer service. At customer service, we asked to see if we could get on the next flight which wasn’t leaving for over 7.5 hours, which they said we could but would have to purchase our tickets and luggage all over again. The person working was mostly professional, fairly efficient, but pretty callous overall. On top of all this, when they pulled our luggage off the flight (somehow they can board a flight of 60 ish people and still have time to remove our luggage), they pulled one of the wrong suitcases off so we had to go collect our luggage at or destination, and someone else went luggage-less. Ultimately, my grandmother’s first European trip and this was the worst experience we’ve had so far, but after $200, 6 hours, and tears from both of us, we made it to our destination and will never fly Easy Jet again."
Pros: "Ground staff worked hard to make up time due to layr inbound flight. On board it was like first class service having ore ordered food and drink."
Cons: "Air traffic delays. Boarding is cramped held in the air bridge but it was done to make up time."
Pros: "Very efficient. Staff helpful."
Cons: "3 hour delay"
Cons: "Extra cost for hold luggage"
Pros: "The journey was made easy & stressfree with all our info on the easyJet app. Staff were very friendly on both flights. Paid for the extra leg room & that made all the difference."
Pros: "Efficient, fast, decent legroom as we were on the exit row."
Cons: "No frills. No drinks or snacks. Everything is an extra charge however the flight was super short, so no big deal."
Pros: "It was horrible we was delayed 40 minuets originally to then be told we was going to be delayed another 3 hours"
Cons: "Because when we needed information about the delay and when we could leave the airport no one could give us any information"
Pros: "It landed eventually, crew were friendly"
Cons: "It was 2 hours late leaving. There were no complimentary refreshments provided, not even a glass of water"
Pros: "The price of the flight"
Cons: "Flight delayed"
Pros: "It was a smooth experience."
Cons: "No USB charging port."
Pros: "Friendly crew"
Cons: "Delayed. No in flight service."
Pros: "Crew and plane were good"
Cons: "Why do they call us to the gate and then stop us from walking to the plane for ages."
Pros: "The boarding was quick and efficient"
Cons: "The amount of seat space is very limited. I am 5' 8" and my knees were touching the seat in front of me and I had to sit almost all the flight with crossed arms as I had a middle seat. Cheap flight, cheap seats."
Pros: "Very helpful friendly staff would definitely be using them again"
Cons: "I liked the ease of use on the website, once I arrived there friendly staff from start to finish which helped the flight go by so much better"
Pros: "Staff were especially helpful at the check-in desk, ushering us straight through as we had three small children."
Cons: "Had to stand even whilst the plane pushed back waiting for staff to deal with fitting a child seat for the row in front that ultimately they were unable to achieve. At no point, even after they had failed to fit the seat, did they say it was ok for me or two of my children to sit back down. All attention was on the passengers they were dealing with directly."
Pros: "speed of flight and friendliness of the cabin crew"
Pros: "Was inexpensive. Very friendly staff. Easy trip"
Pros: "I was a little frantic checking in to this flight but the ladies working at easyJet made the experience so much better. They were helpful and kind at a time I really needed it most. I really can't thank them enough."
Pros: "Good flight - nothing much to report other than it was a flight without any hassles."
Cons: "Return flight on Friday night cancelled, no reason given. Next alternative offered Monday afternoon, still awaiting compensation."
Cons: "Delayed over 2 hours"
Pros: "Cheap fare."
Cons: "I purchased a ticket for a day trip from LTN > AMS and was sold an overbooked ticket. While there were other options available, easyJet slightly undercut the competition to sell a ticket for a seat which they never indicated was standby. Since my trip was only for the day, taking the next flight half a day later wasn't a great option. I attempted to check in but was presented with an unhelpful error and then told me the situation at the airport checkin. Inside Luton terminal, there is no easyJet representative to speak with past the security checkpoint until you arrive at the front of the line for your flight boarding. The suspense and lack of service was unnerving. Some passengers might appreciate a small compensation for the inconvenience of taking the next flight. If you absolutely need to be somewhere, don't buy a last minute ticket on easyJet. They don't tell you if you're buying a real ticket or just a standby spot."
Pros: "The crew was super nice."
Cons: "The poor selection of foods and the seats. Anyone over 5 feet 10 will have a difficult time sitting."
Pros: "Flight was on time. Friendly flight attendants. Quick check in. The APP worked great for our boarding passes."
Cons: "Didn't like cabin crew on the homeward journey ."
Cons: "Fairly cramped seats, constantly trying to sell me stuff at ridiculous prices"
Pros: "Left on time, landed early. Quick boarding, quick disembarking."
Cons: "Most passengers had carry on put in the hold but there ended up being lots of room in the overhead lockers."
Pros: "Cheap efficient and comfortable"
Cons: "Some very noisy Swiss kids in the back of the plane with me"
Pros: "That check in goes fast."
Cons: "I payed for extra room for my legs but I got a normal seat."
Pros: "It was a convenient platform and to the point."
