"Perfect….!!!"

Pros: "Swiss doesn't"t always have comfortable planes but this one was super comfortable"

Bording stuart said that my ticket is ECO LIGHT class and I don't have the right to any baggage. Worst thing of all was that the reason of my trip to Paris was my sister's graduation and half of the baggage was my formal wear and other half were presents for my sister! Your lack of transparency ruined one in lifetime special event- MY SISTER'S GRADUATION. I am very glad that you asked me for my opinion because I am using my free time to demand full refund, even tough the damage is much bigger than the cost of the ticket and it's irreplaceable."

I was literally not about to eat the alphabet... (luckily, a nice attendant came by and apologized, as I know it was not her fault the food came out like this. 4) Rude attendant came over 25 mins after I had turned on my attendant button to ask for a bottle of water. (I turned it on while they were still serving drinks) (also forgot I needed water to take some medicine that required to drink a full glass) She came up to me and my fellow passenger, yelled at BOTH us while she was waving her hands our face. I mentioned to her "it's not polite to treat people this way" she moved her hands closer to my face thrusting her whole body over my fellow passengers face, and continued yelling at me about turbulence (while she's completely avoiding the rule herself.) He and I were both seated and buckled and not bothering anyone. She could've just taken her own lecture and kept ignoring the signal. I wrote about this in customer support letter that the 'NICE' and 'Helpful' attendant Gave to me that sincerely apologized for the previous attendants behavior."

He first started to give my gate number, but then said there won't be flight to Amsterdam until the next day. I was very worried. When landing it was very difficult to find anyone working for Swiss to assist me. Then someone told me that my flight would be leaving in 3 minutes. I asked to be rushed through line, but everyone said not too worry because plane would wait for me. When I arrived at gate there was no one there. Then it took quite a while to find another Swiss employee to help me. There seemed to be a lot of confusion."

And in the process of the turmoil and stress of rushing, I have witnessed airport people being extremely rude with passengers who were not at fault that their original flight was late and were merely trying to make it on time. Correspondingly, every single time I flew with Swiss, I never knew whether or not I will get my luggages. Simply put, your organization is poor and your flights are unfailingly late!!"

Pros: "We were told by terminal staff in Istanbul that the fkught was on Turkish Airlines.We waited in line at the first ticket counter and then we were sent to a second ticket counter where we waited in line again. We were sent to a 3rd counter where the Supervisor was chatting with a lady for 20 minutes. When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."

Cons: "Flight to Istanbul was fine. The flight back was a terrible experience! During our connecting flight in Athens our boarding passes wouldn't print at the self service computers and there was no one to help us so we had to go back out to the front desk. The airline representative was extremely rude. There was 5 employees standing around the computer with NO customers and when we asked if this was Turkish Airlines and if they could help, the woman (manager) responded "this WAS Turkish Airlines" as if they were done helping customers for the day (it was 9AM and our flight was leaving in 45 min). We explained that we couldn't print our passes and she ROLLED her eyes as if it was an inconvenience to help us. THEN on our flight from Istanbul to Chicago, a passenger died an hour into the flight and they placed the body on the seats behind us for over 10 hours! Nobody even told us what happened! We didn't know if they died from natural causes or if it was something else! They didn't offer to seat us somewhere else or even inform us they were placing the body there. We were completely shocked and uncomfortable the whole flight home. We couldn't eat or sleep. We're completely disgusted and scarred from this overall experience."

Drink service did not start until 2 1/2 hours into flight. You get what you pay for I suppose. Still 10.5 on a hot plane!!! I usually need a jacket. Food was ...awful."

Pros: "THis reflect in particular the flight from Boston to Instanbul, a long flight. I could see any movie (great selection) and had two full meals as well nice staff. I appreciate this in particular that many airlines cut on these cost/ anemities. Thank you"

Pros: "Having every single person I spoke with pass me on to another party. Apparently customer complaints is really no one's job. They're extremely motivated to have you find someone else to correct your problem. Rest assured it is "your problem" I was told quite explicitly that my missed connection flight and lost luggage was not their problem."
Cons: "They lost my luggage. Couldn't even tell me when my bag was checked despite the scan tag they attached to my boarding pass when they weighed it and checked it in back in New York. They legitimately had no idea if my bag ever left the United States. It took 3 days to locate my baggage while I was trying to celebrate my anniversary with my wife in Athens. being without your luggage for half a week in a foreign country is not even remotely fun. I had to wait around missing tours and reservations trying to find our luggage most of our first 48 hours in Greece. After giving up on getting our stuff we had to waste a chunk of time shopping to replace our clothing and toiletries. Despite having purchased the travel insurance I'm still fighting a month after our trip ended to be reimbursed for the clothes we had to buy just to begin our vacation. Again they continue to stonewall by transferring our complaint calls endlessly and forwarding our emails with "new" case numbers each time. Basically what this accomplishes is they can't ever find the case number they updated it to and insist that the prior case number is listed as resolved. Since they say it's resolved there is nothing anyone can do to help. Not sure if I'll ever get any satisfaction out of this debacle."

Agent went to some one, there was some nodding of heads and we were told to tell crew member in advance. We did it in a written request to head crew. When time came other crew member served us completely ignorant of our request. We were served flash of some animal. We did not want to make a scene but people around were were also bothered. We came out hungry at the other end"

He opened the bathroom for me and as soon as I sit to pee a girl is knocking bloody murder telling me they're going to land the plane and I'm taking to long. I had been in there all of 30 seconds. I finished quickly and returned to my seat. We didn't land for another 30 minutes. Worst service EVER!"

Cons: "Too much of uncontrolled loud talk between passengers above 25 - 30 yrs old on either side of aisle at night 10 - 12 PM without even thinking that other passengers are around. Flight attendants could have been courteous by asking them to keep the noise low. My baggage did not arrive for 4 days in Cairo and no one was responding to calls and even went to airport twice . offices were closed during day time . Last day before leaving with the help of a travel agent I was lucky to get my luggage. There was almost a brawl at airport as people were unhappy because their baggage did not come from tel aviv to cairo. Very poor handling of delayed baggage. Not even a call from the airline. Not sure if it was offloaded in Tel Aviv or Athens."

The gate agent seemed to be completely lost and at one point started boarding and then had to ask those that had boarded to deplane. The seats were rather uncomfortable to begin with but then add to that being in the last row next to the toilets and the galley AND with crew members stepping on the side of my seat to reach supplies in the overhead bin without warning."

Governed again by Aegean's old fashioned standards where crew has to be female almost fashion models, but this has nothing to do with the crew who was very professional and courteous but with the hiring policies of the company instead. Cons: "The flight was from 2-5am (local destination time). The company/captain/crew made the decision to have the lights on during the whole flight. The service of drinks and refreshments had to stop for some minor turbulence (I've had much worse where service was uninterrupted). We had to wait until 30 minutes before landing to be served food. It wasn't clear if this was the company's way of apologizing for the interruption of service. They served us a full course dinner with baked pasta with cheese and beef at 4am. I found that to be quite random, disorienting and inappropriate. There was no entertainment options provided on flight"

Cons: "I am very disappointed in the way my ticket was checked when I was heading to Bucharest from Athens. I had everything ready my boarding pass my passport and my visa. Then the woman who was checking the tickets before we entered looked 2 seconds on my passport and said we have a problem we need to call the immigration. She started calling people and called her coworker, she didn't tell me what was going on! She didn't explain what was the problem, I asked her a couple of times what is the problem she just said we need to call the immigration. I asked her one final time tell me the problem! Then she finally told me, but it turned out obviously she didnt read my visa correctly, there was nothing wrong with my visa or my ticket, the problem was she misread my visa! Then she said oh I didn't see that sorry. This took approximately 10 minutes. Ok she apologized but it didn't sound sensere or honest. I felt embarrassed and humiliated, specially when she kept saying we need to call the immigration like I am some kind of a criminal. I was NOt treated the way customers should be treated. She did not have to be rude in the first place, and she should have apologized in a decent manner wihout any attitude. It would be great if you tell your employees to treat everyone with the same respect, and that they shouldn't descrinate against any nationality. Just because I am from the middle east doesn't mean I should have a problem with my visa! And just because I am 22 doesn't mean I don't deserve a decent apology! Thank you for having the time to read my complaint."

The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

In the air, flight attendants were very accommodating and friendly. All luggage and cats arrived! The plane from O'Hare to Austria was very nice!"

When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

All I can say is that everything else was great, including the friendliness of all other crew, but that one ruined the experience. A third time I got up to walk to the bathroom and the seatbelt sign was on, but so it had been for a long time. She prompted me to go back to my seat. All others seem to do their job without been rude, Not sure why this one couldn't. Job stress? Not the passenger's problem. Besides that and the poor movie choices, everything else was great. I think the flight was delayed but to that point everything was going so smooth, I didn't even notice. I will fly Austrian again, and would love to visit Vienna. Please advise how to add the miles of my trip to my account. I booked in Kayak, left to Ohio from Miami running from hurricane Irma, my return from Ohio to Miami was cancelled and I had to embark on that long plan10 day trip without even returning home to Miami to pack. To make matters much, much worse, the flight crew eventually gave up and left, leaving me LOCKED inside the jetway for over 30 minutes after calling for a wheelchair. The replentishment crew refused to let me out of the locked jetway. Only after the wheelchair arrived was I let out of the locked jetway. I was taken to the Austrian Airlines service center where I lodged a formal complaint. Supervisor/Rene refused to upgrade my seat in any fashion to compensate for my distress. He did, however, arrange for me to given access to the VIP lounge and then taken to my VIE-SOF gate. Had I had a shorter layover, I would have missed my connecting flight."
