It’s not bad, simply it’s not as it used to be years ago.

Liked - efficiency of boarding with 2 jetways. Checkin was with kiosks with helpful and plentiful workers to help with the process. Munich airport security was very automated, efficient and effective. Free wine and beer! Cons - food was only okay in economy class. Plane bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Great crew dealing with the most unprepared family with a million kids and zero sense.

Rushed due to connecting Lufthansa flight delay Seating very tight and uncomfortable with poor leg room Long lines for rest room

Problems checking in. Charged for bag which was to be included. Repeated trials with in line check in process

The flight was at 6:10 am to early. No coffee or anything else offered. To 👎

Lufthansa has outsourced their ground crew to a company in Bengaluru. This company is really not dedicated to customer service. Very disappointed as this does not reflect Lufthansa’s service that I remember from before.

The main issue was every single flight and connection was delayed. That made for a very stressful run through Frankfurt airport both ways. Other than that it was much better than other cheap flights, but basic. The cabin staff were great.

It was horrible!! The plane was old and outdated. The AC was not adjustable and got me and my daughter sick because we couldn’t redirect it away from us. Absolutely no leg space. The food was garbage. Horrific experience! Shame on Lufthansa to use such trash airplanes.
