Flight delayed by 90 min making for a 2 am check in at destination hotel.

Took off on-time and staff was very nice. Got stuck on tarmac at ATL due to storms, but staff was still wonderful even though they were working and not getting paid.

The 787 Dreamliner that we flew on was relatively new and a nice aircraft. We flew on a 777 which was noticeably older and the seats were average” but the 787 was very nice, especially for the price. No window blinds anymore, instead high tech adjustable polychromatic glass!! Nice.

an absolute disaster and nightmare on air condition. IT WAS FREEZING!! everyone around us had hats, hoodies, gloves outdoor jackets on. that segment of the aircraft had a fault I assume...no amount of suggestion to turn down the air con helped. otherwise all good.

Everything was very good, short delay Toronto to Regina on my return to Canada but not a big deal. Thanks Kayak, Dr. Ian Stewart

The flight was direct and affordable The boarding process gave poor directions and disorganized. The seats were narrow and very uncomfortable! The disembarkation was also poor.

Boarded smoothly, took off on time. Entertainment screens were reliable and the movie library is abundant. Food better than wtst was served on the first leg of the journey by another airline.

Check in was incredibly fast, fukuoka was comfortable and crew very pleasant. The only negative was that the boarding was somewhat chaotic, but it so often is these days as airlines tend to board by how much you pay and not by what an orderly process of filling the plane would be.

It was ok. Even after the airport bus took us to the terminal , we did not expect to walk 35 mins inside the airport to the gate . A 15 min walk is ok . Especially if there was any delay in TSA check which happens to is too then people can easily miss the flight.

Excellent bit seats are still a little too small and there's that $75 baggage charge.

We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

Comfortable trip , flight attendants professional as always. Only complaint was the food, We fly Aer Lingus frequently, this was the first time the quality of the meal was poor.

Delightful flight, ahead of time with a super crew, thanks

I wish Aer Lingus offered free wifi and had power outlets at the seats. Overall, the flight was good. Seat back entertainment had some interesting options. Food and snack options were mediocre at best. I enjoyed the canned red wine.

I had an awful experience at the ticketing agent stand. I had purchased three tickets, one of which I had the maiden name of a passenger on the ticket. They refused to help, assist, and actually delayed our process and had us miss an opportunity to purchase a ticket on the same flight. I was sent through multiple phone calls, none of which helped, and the person at the counter was the person who told me to both call Aer Lingus for help and was the person who said they could not fulfill my request that they were privy to from the beginning. My partner is still stuck in Scotland, racking up thousands of dollars in additional fees and tickets. I am very upset and two of my tickets went unused. I will never be using Aer Lingus ever again and I will continue to complain about them.

This was the most expensive economy flight per minute of flight time ever. But the quality was lacking. Extremely Aer Lingus rude staff at LHR said that the flight from London to Dublin (Ireland) was “NOT international.” Horrified at the colonial and imperial perspective. Seats were dirty with trash in seat pockets. Airline doesn’t clean or care about hygiene and safety.

When I booked the flight, I wasn't aware that this was a "no frills" flight. No wifi, no reclining seat, no complimentary soft drinks.

Charging for coffee on a business class fare??? And to not even mention it? Inexcusable. Boarding and disembarking was pathetic. Could not use a jetway on either end. Had to use stairs and walk across tarmac at origination and use stairs and be bussed to terminal at destination.

Aer Lingus was fabulous.nhowever, Aiirfare Assist who Kayak routes me to to purchase tickets for m was awful. They messed up my reservation so bad that after about six hours on the phone with them over the week before departure, I had been choice but to show up at the airport. The Aer Lingus staff were amazing and got it sorted out but I would recommend not using Airfare Assist.

It was excellent! The plane left Chicago early. Arrived in Dublin early. The crew was excellent! It was a great experience.

Everything about the flight check-in was smooth no line the plane is clean and bathroom

Excellent everywhere but Philly, the most rotten airport in the world.

Check in was not the greatest as had to talk to an agent to clarify things and then he transferred us to another agent who had difficulty processing my credit card as there was a system glitch and not a card error.

All good. Loo’s weren’t great and as clean as i would like.

A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.

I was put into business class. Wow! My flight attendant was great! The food amazing’

The gate at London Gatwick had confusing signs for the different zones and the staff seemed harried because people didn't know when it was their turn to come to the desk. Plus, with there were too many carry-on bag travelers, myself included. The charge scheme for checking bags is frustrating. If you travel light, you want the freedom to leave as soon as you deplane. When you are forced to gate-check your bag simply because the flight is fully booked, you lose whatever time you'd hoped to save because you're still stuck waiting for your bag to come off the conveyor belt.

I got stuffed on both flights into terrible seats. Second flight the seat didn’t even recline and fit s tall person, that’s very uncomfortable.

I arrived at Bridgetown only to fins that a suitcase was missing. It was left at Manchester. I had to wait wait 2 days before deciding on going to collect from the airport personally. I am not happy about paying for baggage at the airport. This I thought was included in the price of the ticket. Who goes away for 2 weeks and does not bring luggage. This was a total rip off and I am not happy. I need someone to contact me before returning so that I don't have to pay all over again to return homde.

Boarding market okay just because of the delay we had, but not related to the crew in any way…

The 737-8 is too small for the length of flight especially if there are any delays

The flight was delayed over 2 hours, we should off left the plane2 late passengers as it’s not fair on everyone who’s followed the rules.

Dreamliner. Yes great if maintained. I didn't see anyones screen work consistently during either of our flights. Worse was their ability to not only dump you out of premium but separate couples and seat someone's carer at the opposite end of the aircraft. This poor gentleman had no hand so his partner who assists him, being seated at the other end of the aircraft, well that really showed us all what Tui think :( It was fairly dire all in all, they advertise all the perks of the dreamliner only in reality you don't have the features and they change the windows and colours to suit their constant sales pitches. Ironically they were so low on stock for the return flight that all their sales pitches were a waste of time! Their contract only favours them and 'operational changes' well they cover every excuse and Tui use it. Surprisingly we haven't reinstalled the Tui app or booked with them since. It's a shame as I rated them highly during the pandemic.

One flight attendant not wearing a mask over nose, 50% of passengers not either, and no effort to correct. Boarding was very late with no information - lots of standing around waiting.
