Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.

The immigration hall in Amsterdam was understaffed, so passport checking was slower than it should be for a major airport. They need to get the automatic readers up and running for non EU passport holders. Waiting in line after a long flight feels a bit abusive.
First of all we couldn’t check in online, then we learn at the airport we were on stand by for KLM’s mistake of overbooking. The seats were not comfy at all. Our luggage got lost.
The Swiss airline is excellent. Seats ate comfy, spacious and free wifi that I enjoyed a lot on my trip
Entertainment sounds were not good. Otherwise everything else was good.
No choice of food was given, and I was served leftovers, so they were returned back. the crew is unfriendly and harsh. Need to be trained on communication.
Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).
The flight was very nice but the food selection for the people in the last rows was limited to vegetarian meals only. I think vegetarian meal should not be offered as a main selection.
No food was served on this short flight and we had no entertainment. Please add a box to check. We were served delicious Swiss chocolate though! The boarding process was fast and the crew very friendly.
Really BAD check in experience. My bag was left in Geneva and I have not received it yet. I have been in Stockholm 5 days without clothes to change. The flight was good but very unhappy with the post service support.
Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles

Best international flight I have had in a while! Far superior accommodation, services, food and general experience compared to U.S. airline companies.
flight was half full, plenty of empty seats, was able to lie down across 4 seats, food was good, arrived on time
Terrible. Lost our luggage for 4 days. Did not advise passengers there was a strike in Barcelona Airport and had zero personnel on hand at airport to advise passengers on where to go to file claims. We had to fend for ourselves. No assistance at all other than an online claims submission process that we had to find out about on our own.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
Everything was good. But from Frankfurt to Seattle in airplane entertainment system didn't work good.
Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.
The crew on my Frankfurt to Chicago flight were outstanding!! Friendly, helpful and worth taking the time to write an excellent review on their behalf. I would fly Lufthansa again just because of their warmth, kindness and humor!
Efficiency of staff, and comfort and cleanliness of aircraft was all great. Maybe a hot drink without payment at that time in the morning would be good!

This is one of the best flights i had. Good boarding, good seats , good food, and nuce stuff and clean toilets I took the Tourist upgrade and indianischer food , the best.
The flight was delayed by an hour. Made the connection uncomfortably tight.
