Cons: the only thing i dislike about etihad airlines is they didn’t provide me accommodation for 19 hours long stay over ..! even i met one of the lay incharge of etihad she told me that it’s your problem you have to look out for ...she didn’t help me at all

Cons: Checking in could be made easier by the airline communicating with the staff. They were not aware i had an email that i could check in luggage and they were not helpful or providing good customer services - unprofessional & inexperienced. Lost my luggage both ways.
Pros: After a bad experience checking in from Paris, the Ouagadougou part of the trip went well and the food was good, and a good entertainment system.
Cons: It was very cold they need to lower the temperature.

Pros: Hospitality was wonderful. The food and drinks were great and the constant entertainment made the 10+ hour flight bearable.
Cons: The seats are comfortable but there is definitely not enough leg room especially if you are sitting in the middle seat. There should be some type of incentive given if you get stuck sitting between two complete strangers.

Pros: The expedited transfer from late flight out of Rome was an amazingly efficint process, much appreciated. Was very stressed when I thought I could not make the transfer, but Swissair really had it covered. My compliments
Cons: Staff is not friendly, does not offer assistance or ask if you need anything.

Cons: They charged me 200 euros for my bag and I wasn’t told that I couldn’t bring 1 luggage with me.

Cons: Seats are not comfortable and there us not enough seats space (to narrow to tight), no entertainment system at all, no power outlets to charge phone / tablet etc. it’s almost 2020, airplanes must include those elements as standard.

Cons: They should make the rouge player app so that you can see the entertainment options before you are trapped on a plane with no access to WiFi. The offering is pretty sparse, and had I known beforehand I would have brought other content
Pros: The crew did everything expected to make our flight enjoyable. Couldn't really have asked for more.
Cons: We're fortunate we fly business when traveling to Europe, but the comfort on AC Rouge "premium economy" is VERY low. The dilemma is: comfort for a much longer business flight thru Frankfurt to Venice, or a slightly larger economy seat for a direct 8 hr flight YYZ to VCE. "Entertainment" - an iPad!

Pros: Crew was amazing. They adjusted the seating arrangements so there was an empty seat in every row to give passengers more space. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. They served delicious meals, snacks, and water. They provided headphones, blankets and pillows. They took very good care of us.

Cons: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.
Cons: Three hour delay. Shifted all our plans and reservations. Upsetting. Made short seven hour flight a ten hour flight with sitting and waiting for three hours. We were hungry and tired and stuck. Kept getting mixed signals: to wait longer.

Cons: Usual 737 narrow-ish seat issues. Turbulence, but not a problem anyone could control.

Pros: The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped.
Cons: The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive.

Cons: It was delayed. I paid very expensive to fly on Business to be on the first row. Because every minute count for me on this trip. But it was delayed. I feel I should get a refund for sum of the money I spent
Pros: Way better than the others who fly into Accra via London,slight delay due to technical problem but overall my next choice for sure.
