The only challenge for me was they couldn't take my form of payment on the plane for some food so I was out of luck. I had a Mastercard debit from the states. It is also a loss of revenue for you guys as well. They couldn't take the apple pay from the passenger next to me either. I know it's a lot of systems to update

We waited an hour to board with a wheelchair and were the last on and I had to push. Gate personnel were inattentive and dismissive.

I purchased a business class seat, fully paid six months in advance. There was a last minute change in the type of aircraft, I was downgraded to economy plus. BA never tried to contact me in advance or gilve me any other options. It was a nasty surprise but I had no other choice.

The cabin was extremely hot for almost the entire flight. I had my pants rolled up to try to stop sweating. I asked for some ice water to help cool down and although promised, it never arrived. I was not able to sleep as a result.

It was late by 1 hour. Food was not enough. Was hungry since dinner was late due to delayed flight and breakfast was served at lunch time of MUC. Electrical outliets did not work in the flight and had problems in MUC for GPS.

The crew on board seemed efficient and friendl for this short 2.5 hour flight.

No food, no drink, no entertainment were included with this fare. Thankfully we were so exhausted from the long haul flight immediate preceding this flight that we did not care. I'm not sure why but the gate staff was trying to get everyone to check their smaller bags including our backpacks. My husband gave in but I did not since not having them would be disaster during this trip. His backpack and many bags from other customers came about 15 minutes after the rest of the luggage so we were a little panicked. Thankfully all turned out fine.

Great selection of movies and the food wasn't too bad.

The guy in the same row as me took off his shoes and used the remaining seats between us as a bed. I thought it was rude and disgusting and showed a lack of spacial awareness. Blankets were not very soft. Also, one of the flight attendants was really struggling to push any of the trolleys, running into the arm rests of the seat.

No frills budget carrier, mostly exactly as I expected.

If you overbuy luggage allowance, there is no way to undo it, even within 24 hours. I made a mistake, thinking I needed to purchase more luggage, recognized my mistake right away, and still ended up paying for luggage allowance I didn't need.

(3/4) My friend finally came up from baggage claim and had told me that no bags came, and the staff member we were speaking to downstairs told us that our luggage was probably already on its way to Chicago. Note that he never asked for our names or our baggage claim ticket. We bought a plane ticket on Icelandair for the next afternoon, found an ACE Guesthouse to stay at, paid for another cab, and left with our carry-ons with nothing useful for overnight because of the first encounter at the check-in counter where we weren't able to properly remove our chosen belongings from our suitcases. The next morning after I woke up and as soon as I knew our original flight had landed, I tried to call O'Hare to confirm that our bags had indeed made it to Chicago. I was not able to get ahold of anyone that could help. When we got to the airport, 4.5 hours early, we checked in and went straight to baggage claim to double check where our bags were. We were not leaving Iceland until we were 100% sure of where our belongings were. Lo and behold, it's the same employee that was working in the baggage claim area the day before. He remembered us, and told us that he had good news and bad news. The good news was that they found our bags, the bad news was that was our bags were on their way to Boston. Boston? BOSTON?! He said they went to Boston because if there were bags left here, it was mandatory that they get sent as fast as they could to the country they are scheduled to arrive at, no matter what airport. That location happened to be Boston. We have NO idea why this was the case, when they knew that we had missed our flight and were still in Iceland. Isn't it mandatory that luggage stay with the owner? We wanted to call Boston to make sure that our bags were there, and to have them sent to Chicago so that they were in Chicago when we arrived later that day. He told us that there was nothing that we could do, that we would have to wait until we get to Chicago, file a claim, and then they would have our bags sent to us a day or so later. Note again, that he never asked for our names or our bag claim number. Begrudgingly, we left him, even more furious, and waited for our next flight. Meanwhile, I tried to get ahold of anyone from O'Hare – no luck. I tried to get ahold of anyone from Boston – no luck. Finally, I decided to call WOW Customer Service. I explained the situation to her, and told her that it was absolutely necessary to know where my bags were, and to know that they would be waiting for me in Chicago when I arrived, also questioning WHY protocol called for our bags being sent to Boston. She asked for the claim number, and told me the last time the bags were scanned was in Iceland. They were at the airport. I told her this was impossible, because I spoke to the same person the day before and today, and he said our bags were not at this airport. She insisted that they were.

(4/4) At this point, a few hours had gone by, and we were running short on time. With AN HOUR left until our DEPARTURE TIME, we went back to baggage claim and told the same employee that WOW had told us our bags were scanned in here. He seemed confused, and said he was not sure how this could be possible. My friend spotted her bag behind him, and pointed it out. He seemed shocked. I didn't see my bag anywhere, and asked him where it was, and he said that maybe it got swapped out with someone else's, because he didn't see it. My friend asked him to please check the back for my suitcase. Sure enough, it was there. CLEARLY, this employee had no idea what he was doing. He gave us misinformation numerous times. If we had not been so persistent, we never would have known that our bags were still at KEF in Iceland. HOW WOULD WE HAVE GOTTEN OUR BAGS TO CHICAGO??????????? If I had listened to the guy and trusted him, we would have landed in Chicago, filed a claim, and seen that there were NO bags in Chicago, and NO bags in Boston. Our belongings would have been stuck in Iceland. We then had hardly any time to go back to the check-in counter and check our bags. We waited in another line, checked our bags, and ran to our gate. Every other KEF staff member that we tried to speak to was very short and rude, unhelpful, and in a hurry to get us out of the way. Even when we tried to find someone at a kiosk, there was no one there working the kiosk. Nearly every employee at KEF had lied to my face, and did not care that I needed help. If I had not been lied to about information regarding notifications, flights, baggage, etc. on numerous accounts, I know for a FACT that I would have made sure I made my flight. This experience is absolutely unacceptable. The incapable, rude, and dishonest airport staff and unaccommodating airlines costed us an extra $1,000 each. It also cost us the couple hundred dollars we would have made at work the next day. I will never fly WOW again. I will never fly to or through Keflavik International Airport again. I will never recommend WOW. I will never recommend KEF. This left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don't really ever want to go to Iceland again. And I know my friend feels the same way.

Virgin Atlantic offers good service at a reasonable price to/from the US to London. Good food service and unbelieveable number of movies and entertainment to choose from.

The seating and leg room in economy classic were inadequate. We felt way too confined in our seats and the leg room was a joke. I am only 6' tall and this was unacceptable. We will try to upgrade for the return trip.

For a 13 hour flight not even a glass of water was served. Yes, you can purchase, but most items got sold out in an hour. Wait until some travelers get deep vein thrombosis due to dehydration in a confined space.

Some will say you get what you pay for: not so. You can get quite comparable costs with lot more humane service in other airlines. This is brutal.

Not knowing about no food provided but had to buy and book meals 72 hours in advance, which I couldn't do, as it was last minute. No blankets or pillows were provided - had to buy a blanket. No headsets were available, which also had to be purchased, but received text notification to bring my own.

Probably the unhappiest check-in and flight crew I've flown with. Makes me wonder what Norwegian does to its employees. Be advised that they weigh your carry-on bags, and you may be forced to check them. Basically, add $60 to your ticket price to account for round trip bag fees.

The price and nonstop flight was the only positive.

O am gluten free vegan due to medical issues and they were not able to accommodate me. I could have vegan or gluten free but not both and I would have to pay $18. How hard is it to do gluten free pasta with marinara sauce or veggies over rice? Most of the crew was rude and vary hard to understand and their English was not very good and my German is not very good so it was difficult to communicate. The seats have very little padding and zero lumbar support, thank goodness they give you a mini pillow otherwise my back would have been so bad I wouldn't have been able to walk! I would NOT recommend Condor and will never fly them again!

I understand there's the possibility of flying on a fully booked flight but if it took an hour to load the passengers how quickly can you realistically get 400 passengers out? Due to my husbands frequent flyer status, we were able to upgrade coach seats to premium free of charge - which afforded priority boarding and more comfortable seats - although, there was not much difference in legroom or general space. This flight was not full, so I had an empty seat next to me - always a good thing on a long flight. Lots of movies and entertainment available to fill up the hours. Served food and drinks constantly (3 meals plus, if I remember correctly) but the food was pretty bad. One of the bathrooms was a generous size, which made it more comfortable.

Boarding was confusing. They separated out groups but did not make clear where each group was to go, which caused unnecessary jam ups. Stewardess on this flight that served my section was rather grumpy and unhelpful. Seat in front of me was broken so it leaned way back into my lap, making it difficult to eat or read on my e-reader. I had a premium seat, but there did not seem to be any difference in leg room or the size of the seat than normal coach. Although there was several meals - the food was horrible. Best to take your own aboard. We were delayed getting off the ground, having to sit on the plane for a while before take off. We landed over an hour late.

But connecting flight is just 30 minutes delayed schedule because of airline benefits. I have to run the gate and I can make it but I heard 2 passengers didn't. I didn't hear this situation. When I ask staffs how about connecting flight to Nice, staffs just told me your flight is ok.

3 canceled flights and lost luggage.... bad communication by employers and absolutely no help ... we were sent all over the airport several times to the wrong places and felt that no body cared in this process .... I would like compensation and something to make this right ... we also lost our upgraded seats I lpaid for and the vegan meals we ordered in advance

Friendly staff.

Plane was late leaving London. Meal choice was again chicken or vegetarian. Not really a choice. Stingy with the wine at dinner.

We waited an hour to board with a wheelchair and were the last on and I had to push. Gate personnel were inattentive and dismissive.
