Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
When I bought my ticket , I bought it for a premium flex and I paid more money to get comfortable seat , but I get a basic economy seat, I need a refund for the ticket Thank you Rabeh Afli
Everything was good. But from Frankfurt to Seattle in airplane entertainment system didn't work good.
Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.
Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
Missed it by a couple minutes and couldn’t find an alternative flight so had to spend the night in DC and after much shuffling from 1 airline to another managed to get a United to Frankfurt.
I ordered Hindu meal and expecting a vegetarian food. Instead I got Chicken. Also entertainment system was so bad and slow I was never able to use it
I liked crew, always smiling and provided the best services.
The seats were comfortable. So many empty seats allowed for stretching out and sleeping. The onboard entertainment was pretty good. The cabin crew were so kind and kept the passengers well- hydrated, and well fed.
We had American Airlines on our return and it was confusing if we were going with Aa or BA I had 2 different flight numbers and didn’t get our gate until it was boarding. So we were a bit nervous as the which it was
No WiFi. No food. 250 ml of water only drink option. No entertainment options. Extremely bare bones flight
Really appreciated the care, attention and friendliness of cabin crew. Very comfortable, prompt and efficient flight.
Economy seats were good and spacious. Much better than virgin by a mile.
It’s the old style plane with the old Ying Yang seats doesn’t compare to other airlines with newer planes.
I was unable to board this flight because of visa changes that I was not alerted about and I’ve been unable to contact Kayak to obtain a refund / credit anything.
My touch screen at my seat wasn't working, the films BA advertised on the website for this flight were not available, and the plane was a little dated, food was good and the staff were good, just let down by the aircraft facilities.
The space in the seat was okay, the staff were friendly, the entertainment system, my touch screen was not working and some of the films listed on the website for the flight were not available.
Did not like the seating configuration at all with 2+3+2 in business class. Lacking total privacy and comfort
