The lead business class attendant was excellent. Made a point of greeting you and knowing your name by the time you leave.

The lead business class attendant was excellent. Made a point of greeting you and knowing your name by the time you leave.

They downgraded me from premium economy to regular economy and me had 2 major lay over and had to have an emergency landing due to engine failure mid flight Don’t use them worst experience I have ever had still dealing with the trauma

Seats in the absolute back row of the plane even though we booked ages ago :( Crew was awesome though

My connecting flight was canceled or never existed. My stopover went from 1 hour and a half to 10 hours. It was a long day that I wasn't prepared for and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Cathay is great though. Great staff, entertainment and food.

Overall pretty good experience. It would be nice to have caught the attendants even they were flying down the aisle with snacks, and if they could cater to multiple dietary restrictions (bland and no lactose. The customer service chat is a bad experience), but otherwise no complaints.

I am Vegetarian also has Gluten free food. However they gave me chicken and fish which is gluten free, but i am a vegetrain and i requested crew Hindu meal vegetarian, they said they will come back. .but they never showed up even i asked 2nd time. They could have compensate. I also request airline industry to have another option Gluten Free for Vegetarin people as well. Because Vegetarin people will have gluen issue...

they are deley vancouver to hankong 3 hour after honkong 20 hour stay there honkong not visa approved and they cant help to visa so we are stay in airport 20 hour even honkong staf very bad person they cant do for us 6 hour we arround they said you there you go there waste time next time i dont want to go cathay stay in honkong

I was only given 2 meals, and my screen showed that there were 3 meals. Second meal was 1-2 hours late according to the screen.

Check in process at the kiosk, crew in flight and overall comfort was good. Food selection could have been better. Flight from Hong Kong to Los Angeles did not have any vegetarian main course option, it was either sea food or chicken. Being a vegetarian I could only eat yogurt and fruit. Most international flights have one vegetarian main course dish which I found missing in Cathay Pacific menu.

The only problem I had was not being able to download my boarding passes prior to arriving at the airport. Everything else was perfect.

Late leaving and desintuon board showed ‘gate closed’ when they hadn’t even commenced boarding!

Flight was delayed more than 1.5 hours. Gate changed multiple times

The good thing is that the flight got us from Darwin to Brisbane. However, it would have to be the most uncomfortable flight I have ever taken and if I can possibly avoid flying Jetstar again, I will.

no announcement about why we where delayed which is very poor

It was better than I expected. Thought $5 for a small cup of tea was a bit much!

Overall good trip I find seats a bit hard. We were waiting on board for about an hour for 2 passengers with some document issue. This main our arrival late for our pickup person.

15kg allowance is outrageous. Change of time a few days before departure and more than 2 hours of delay in the end. The worse we’ve taken so far in Oceania.

stuck in the aircraft for over three hours due to engineering work, significantly delayed and made a lot of passengers missed the connecting transport, no mention any compensation

Very quiet plane!! One of the quietest planes we have been on.

Jetsatar refused to take my foldable stroller in the plane, despite following all the rules on dimensions and packaging. Similar thing happened on our previous fight. However, at that instance, they offered to check in the stroller. At this fight, the staff was rude, trying to rush us to board the flight. They made excuses that the stroller was not allowed and even offer to leave it behind and ship it back at our own cost. Fortunately, we had someone else attending. Since the flight was about to take off, they left it behind and send it back to us on the next available flight.
