Cons: "The lack of help recieved by staff throughout the airport to help me get to the correct gate. After 30 mins of asking different staff where to go and what i needed to do to get on the flight the gate for my flight was then closed which has caused me to pay for an extra flight. Due to this i will be requesting a full refund on the first flight."
Pros: "Pilot got us there in less than an hour after a three hour delay"

Pros: "Quick flight."

Cons: "Huge queues for security at Budapest airport that stretched to the front doors of the terminal, followed by terrible gate facilities in a warehouse structure in the middle of the runway away from the terminal building. Flight delayed by 40mins but no information shared with passengers who were standing in the queue with no access to facilities or any information about how long the delay would be. Flight itself was (eventually) fine but not encouraged to fly easyjet again from Budapest if it can be avoided."
Pros: "Slick boarding. Smooth landing."
Cons: "Hard seat."
Pros: "The staff were friendly"
Cons: "The passengers were arse holes bit the crew dealt with it well"

Pros: "Ground staff worked hard to make up time due to layr inbound flight. On board it was like first class service having ore ordered food and drink."
Cons: "Air traffic delays. Boarding is cramped held in the air bridge but it was done to make up time."
Cons: "3 hour delay"
Pros: "Staff were polite and friendly. We had a peanut allergy sufferer in the family and they announced this and stopped serving peanuts which was great. Quick and smooth flight and efficient boarding. Security at Bristol was fairly quick. Bit of s queue at La Rochelle passport control however the passport officer was great with the kids and quite chatty joking with them."
Cons: "Flight was late by 40mins however everyone was apologetic and this was advertised well in advance which was good."
Pros: "Staff were friendly"
Cons: "Flight delayed. Called to gate urgently then stood there for 30 mins. Then sat on runway for 90 mins waiting a slot."
Pros: "The journey was made easy & stressfree with all our info on the easyJet app. Staff were very friendly on both flights. Paid for the extra leg room & that made all the difference."

Cons: "It was 2 hours late leaving. There were no complimentary refreshments provided, not even a glass of water"
Pros: "Staff handled some rowdy clients very well. Good value efficient service. Nice to see that they were tightening up on carry on bags - never enough room especially on winter ski flights."
Cons: "Seat legroom tight for a 6 footer - Food/Drinks service ran out of time to reach us."
Pros: "On time flight"
Cons: "Bristol airport security."
Pros: "Staff were lovely. Nice comfortable as can be flight."
Cons: "Children on the flight were irritating. Nothing to do with the staff or easyJet. But that was my only gripe but that can’t be helped."
Pros: "Quick and easy boarding"
Cons: "Using buses rather than gates to to enter the airport. Is it some kind of saving money with out considering passengers comfort"
Pros: "Being able to check in two weeks in advance and get assigned seats is fantastic."
Pros: "The boarding was quick and efficient"
Cons: "The amount of seat space is very limited. I am 5' 8" and my knees were touching the seat in front of me and I had to sit almost all the flight with crossed arms as I had a middle seat. Cheap flight, cheap seats."
Pros: "Take of and landing"
Cons: "Leg room"
Cons: "No frills had to pay for a cup of coffee"
Pros: "Easy boarding and friendly staff Left BRS 30min late but arrived FAO on time! Tail winds"

Pros: "Good flight - nothing much to report other than it was a flight without any hassles."
Cons: "Return flight on Friday night cancelled, no reason given. Next alternative offered Monday afternoon, still awaiting compensation."
Pros: "The cabin staff were awesome, and a credit to the company"
Cons: "Nothing, all good"
Pros: "Cheap fare."
Cons: "I purchased a ticket for a day trip from LTN > AMS and was sold an overbooked ticket. While there were other options available, easyJet slightly undercut the competition to sell a ticket for a seat which they never indicated was standby. Since my trip was only for the day, taking the next flight half a day later wasn't a great option. I attempted to check in but was presented with an unhelpful error and then told me the situation at the airport checkin. Inside Luton terminal, there is no easyJet representative to speak with past the security checkpoint until you arrive at the front of the line for your flight boarding. The suspense and lack of service was unnerving. Some passengers might appreciate a small compensation for the inconvenience of taking the next flight. If you absolutely need to be somewhere, don't buy a last minute ticket on easyJet. They don't tell you if you're buying a real ticket or just a standby spot."
Pros: "Left on time, landed early. Quick boarding, quick disembarking."
Cons: "Most passengers had carry on put in the hold but there ended up being lots of room in the overhead lockers."
Pros: "The crew was great and everything about the whole experience was wonderful."
Pros: "The seats were comfortable and the crew were very professional."
Pros: "No organisation at boarding. Allocated back seats.. Pokey"
Pros: "Very quick flight"
Pros: "Not super comfortable"
Cons: "Snacks/Drinks for free"
Pros: "They actually flew into the main airport"
Cons: "The whole priority thing is a total joke and just another way to f*** the passengers over why don’t they just give us a price without all this bloody nonsense of baggage"
Pros: "that it wasn't a long flight"
Cons: "the crew weren't very friendly, from checking in to landing. too stressed out I think. I wasn't made to feel like I wanted to have a return booking. Also there was pressure to add extras that I didn't want. I resisted but when I've paid for something I don't expect to be coerced into paying more for something I didn't need. For example seat selection."
Pros: "Efficient and on time."
Pros: "not a lot"
Cons: "I paid for extra legroom in row 2?There isn't any and to radd insult to injury the person next to me had been allocated his seat without paying any more than the basic fare.I spent most of the flight in a vacant standard seat which gave me more leg room than than that which I had paid for.It was a total ripoff."
Pros: "Crew were good considering the difficult situation they found themselves in"
Cons: "Once everyone had boarded we were told we would be on the tarmac for 2 hours before we leave. While we sat there we were told they could not serve us anything while on the ground...even water! When we finally were airborne the crew were overwhelmed with customer orders and not all people got served"
Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful, and our seat confortable, the food and dring very good"
Cons: "The plane being on time, we got to the departure lounge ready to board only to be told there was a technical fault. They knew the plane had a fault, could have notified us sooner. Once on board we were delayed a further half an hour at no time were there any apologies or explanation."
Pros: "Flight was good"
Cons: "Check in was mad"
Pros: "Very good"
Cons: "i' sat in row 10 with aspare seat next to me, my wife is in row 32 with 2 empty seat s next to her.Otherwise all good."
Pros: "I was pleased with the RyanAir staff at the Dublin airport and on the flight. Easy booking process and many options to help make traveling a bit easier"
Cons: "I have an American passport and did not realize I needed to get a visa stamp before boarding the plane. While I do realize now that it is mentioned on my boarding pass, there was no other mention of it along the way from arriving at the airport, checking my bag (I used self check), going throigh security, or anywhere else in the RyanAir terminal. Perhaps this could be made more clear for travelers who have never experienced this before."
Cons: "Rude gate agent and they played the blame game as to why they were late!"
Cons: "I arrive 2 hours before flight only to be told I must print out my boarding pass BEFORE I get to airport ! I was charge 55 English pounds for me and for my wife 110 pounds, ! ? what a surprise, I do not like this at all. angry bitter pissed off"
Pros: "Nothing to like, the flight was delayed over 5 hours."
Cons: "No communication as to what our options were, stuck at the airport for 7+ hours while on holiday. Absolutely horrendous. Then finally after all this time, seats don't move a centimeter and they are extremely tight with minimal spacing between rows."
Cons: "We booked our daughter priority so she was entitled to bring a hand carry on board. When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! The Captain very kindly helped her retrieve it from the hold at the end of the flight but why did she ever have to put it in there when she was priority and we paid for it?"
Cons: "We spent a lot of time standing in lines."
Pros: "Literally nothing."
Cons: "To be charged $20 at the ticket counter for a printed boarding pass is offensive. Despite having already checked in online, Ryannair apparently thinks I should have spent my holiday hunting down a print shop as not to incur their "get a printed boarding pass from an unpleasant ticket counter employee" fee. No boarding pass kiosks and unclear why they would not provide a digital one upon online check-in. Or rather it became clear as I handed over my debit card. Seats are intentionally designated apart from your travel companions so you'll pay more to have them switched to sit next your friend. Cabin is extra cramped. Ryannair is all-around terrible by budget airline standards."
Cons: "The fee to check in at the airport was absurd. There is no reason that they should not have been able to accommodate me when I was unable to check in online. The luggage is incredibly expensive as well."
Pros: "Straight forward flight"
Cons: "Having to pay for my family to sit together, this could have been offered with the automatic seating allocation, there were lots of 4 seats together . It seems that you are intentionally separated so that you pay to change."
Cons: "Bumpy Landing! Very expensive for a very basic service"
Pros: "5 stars all great"
Cons: "Tea was awful, too hot in plane at the begining."
Pros: "Boarding was quick from front and back. Food service aslo went both directions, quick and efficient."
Cons: "Arrival is horrific"
Pros: "Ease of check in"
Cons: "Late notification of cancelled flights. Ryan airs disregard to the impact to people's lives"
Cons: "Uncomfortable, no leg or arm room especially when sat next to people who are too big for their seats!"
Pros: "Deboarding and never having to fly Ryanair again."
Cons: "Our inbound flight was cancelled. The outbound check-in agents we're rude. Forced to print our tix before arrival we "failed to read the fine print" that we were supposed to undergo a "visa check" before the gate. Whatever the heck that's about. First time requirement and totally obtuse. Gate agents did their best to humiliate. No inflight free services. Just be glad you aren't made to pay to pee (yet)."
Pros: "The price"
Cons: "Delayed again!"
Pros: "We arrived about 20min earlier than expected. Our bags were checked in for free and we got them on time and without issues at the baggage belt on arrival. Snacks and drinks are not free but available for purchase. There isn't any kind of on-board entertainment. We sat in the last row and we have plenty of leg room - surprisingly."
Cons: "No drinks for free. It would be nice to get at least a glass of water. But it is understandable that low budget- short flights are not offering such services anymore."
Pros: "The staff were okay."
Cons: "Everything else."
Cons: "Ryanair's new random allocation for the seats is a joke. They are trying to make the most money off their passengers. I've flown with them for the past 5+ years and this is the first time I've encountered this nonsense."
Cons: "Extra baggage cost"
Pros: "They didn't make me check my bag on the first flight but did on the second. It cost me 50 Euro, which is more than I paid for the flight. Overall, good airline if you pack light."
Pros: "Meeting my seat mate!"
Cons: "Drunken rowdies from Ireland going to Amsterdam took over the cabin with obnoxious, vulgar behavior...fueled by the cabin staff selling the drunken crowd even more alcohol! One poor passenger had a seizure on the way to the runway and was subjected to their reticule! They should have been removed!"
Pros: "Was what I expected."
Cons: "The number of people who choose to keep going up and down the aisles and not sit in their seat. Pay to sit next to your friend if you are that bothered. Made the hostesses job much harder to serve drinks quickly as had to keep moving back and forth to accommodate people walking by"
Pros: "Ease of booking, checking in and boarding."
Cons: "Nothing on this trip."
Pros: "Quick flight, no hassle."
Cons: "Delayed without explanation, boarded the plane then sat for 40 minutes waiting to take off."
Pros: "The flight was okay."
Cons: "One of the attendants was very rude to my group leaving Ireland. We had previously checked in to our flight but didn't have our boarding passes printed. Instead giving us direction, she sent us away to figure out how to get our boarding passes in an airport we had been in."
Pros: "The crew on the actual flight was nice. Also, a kind and patient Ryanair employee helped us with check-in after our awful experience with their customer service desk."
Cons: "The customer service representative at the Dublin airport for Ryanair was extremely rude and was annoyed from the moment we stepped up to the desk. Yes, Ryanair is a budget airline but it costs $0 to be nice and helpful especially if you are working in customer service."
Pros: "They were efficient and timely"
Cons: "We asked two Ryanair employees when we arrived at the import if our bags would b considered carry-on and then we were forced to pay $50 each at the gate to check our bags, making this economy flight much more expensive. We saw a number of people with bags as large as ours carry on and even the baggage attendants outside the plane were surprised. Wong fly Ryanair again due to one stubborn employee at the gate"
Pros: "Everyone was very nice, and the flight was uneventful. Will fly again and learned lesson about luggage fees."
Cons: "Had two bags to check. Paid for two bags in advance. Didn't know there was a total weight allowance across two bags. First bag ate up most of total weight allowance which forced me to pay for the overage on the second bag of €70. I thought I could bump up my second bag to the higher weight class when checking in instead of having to pay the overage charge that was three times as much. Found out during boarding they were checking bags for free...should have done carry on and avoided the extra costs."
Pros: "Lovely new plane lots of room"
Cons: "Bumpy landing"
Pros: "They knew that there world be a 2 hour weather delay but boarded is on the plane and made us wait 2 hours so we wouldn't have the chance to reschedule our cancel."
Cons: "The announcements over the PA system are garbled. I challenge you to sit in the body of the Plane and compare the diction on the Security announcement to that of Pilots/Cabin Crew This is particularly relevant when the Pilot recommends passengers to keep their belts fastened during flights. Cabin Crew fail on repetitive announcements -such as food service. It is almost like a race to see can they beat a time set by a previous Crew member on the flight out!!"
Pros: "Extremely efficient self service bag drop. Not as harsh as last time I flew with them many years ago. Was reluctant to fly them again but decided to give them another try since price was much better than others. Was pleasantly surprised."
Cons: "Seats do not recline."
Pros: "The food was decent and there was certainly enough"
Cons: "The make flight attendant physically pushed me down the isle and told me to move because he was frantic about getting trash picked up. So so rude"
