The original ticket I bought was under $400. I was NOT happy with this at all - Kayak screwed me over and I expect compensation."

Pros: "Delta flights run one time and their fleet seems newer than most with comfortable seating. Having free movies in the seat back ahead of you is a big plus with a good selection of movies. Snacks are good and crew is always friendly and accommodating. We fly almost exclusively with Delta for the aforementioned reasons."

Saving the day."

I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

Pros: "I haven't left Miaimi. American Airlines employees are horrible. After arriving from London they told me to pick up my check in baggage proceed to drop bag near exit 5. When I arrived it was crowded nobody know which line is for checkin and which line is for dropping the bag. I finally went to the counter and ask and the lady said, she couldn't accept it as it was 30 left before departure. She pointed me to another lady who also washed her hand. They were both reluctant and finally accepted my baggage but the security line was too long for me to reach departure on time. Horrible. The ladies who at the departure counter have different asnwer for my checked in baggage. I/m so tired from this domestic flight that I haven't completed."

Cons: "Was very disappointed with online checking, it didn't let me do checking in online and for that reason I could not select my preferwd seat. When I arrived to the airport for checking in they told me the plane was full and my preferred seat is not available, dissappointed in British airway, also the seats are so close together no space to move my legs and am barely 5 feet tall. Would not fly with this airline anymore"

Waited 20 min only to hear a bunch of lies about how they asked the flight attendant to look but she couldn’t find it - should have just walked back on plane to do it myself. Was told to “go online” and file a lost and found report. This is a small airport - TRI cities TN - absolutely zero customer focus by and American Airline employee - and I asked to sp all with a supervisor and manager with the hope I would get my phone back. Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."

They announced the movies being shown on the flight at the beginning and then proceeded to show three completely different things, some just being random tv shows. The whole middle section of the plan had static in their headphones so they were unable to watch the movies. The crew was friendly but seemed very confused as if it was their first time working together. Announcements were choppy And confusing. They also asked me to pay 190 dollars extra to sit with my husband. Not the best experience"
