Has always great flight. You get what you pay for.

3 hours delay, little communication, no refreshments provided despite legal requirements

On time! The wait to board standing outside was miserable. The “priority” boarding is misleading as it does not help the boarding process at all. The bag charges were very high and my expected carry on did not quite fit in the measurement box. The lobby experience at the airport was terrible! Signage and directions were inadequate. The staff was all lovely.

Late boarding as our plane was late arriving from previous flight, then 3 hours sat on the tarmac waiting for a time slot. Then, when we arrive at Birmingham airport, we had to lug our bags down the plane steps, cross the tarmac and lug our bags up the stairs to enter the airport. Horrendous!

The plane had only a few passengers, we got lucky. The crew was visibly inexperienced

They lost a bag and now our vacation is ruined

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.

very delayed boarding; the crew started the service extremely late and everything felt like they didn't want to be there and do their jobs; the pilot changed her mind about landing :))))))))) and we spent 10 more minutes circling around the airport before landing, eventually!!! lack of communication = lack of professionalism. she could have said 'ladies and gentlemen, due to us having taken off very late, we have lost our landing permissions and we'll have to wait some more', but she chose to shut up. big mistake that reflects poorly on the airline and herself.

Kudos to the staff for their patience and professionalism. Next time, please stop serving alcohol to Romanian male passengers who are clearly not able to drink with measure. Appalling behavior.

2hrs delay on both ways Captain has to change his mind on landing in Birmingham airport and being forced to escalate and fly again, bit scary

Folks, I'll say it again. This is easily one of my favorite airlines. I'm used to traveling with all kinds of airlines throughout the world, but you need to fix your boarding process. It's not that difficult. You have preferred and regular passengers. Just make sure they line up behind the sign on time. Ground crew needs to be more proactive. Again, I am and I will continue to be a loyal customer, but please fix this one thing. It's small, but easy to fix.

Payd for long seats for our parents and because they don’t speak English fluent they have moved them. Absolutely scam!

The chairs don't recline and the food for sale didn't looks as appetising as its prices would suggest. But that's a low coster for you. Orher than that, the flight was delightfully uneventful.

The flight never took off because two naughty kids, Donnie and Bibi, did a silly thing. Started a war.

I wasn't able to check in before because I had no internet on a long ride over and I had to pay Euro 50 all together I paid an extra Euro 200 on top of the original flight because I had suitcase and carry on and I wasn't able to check in online before And the end it ends up being more expensive flight than a regular carrier You don't save money and the plane is less comfortable

Surprisingly, a very good flight. No wonder that Wizz flights are always full.

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.

A GOOD IDEA IS TO SEND TO ME BOARDING PASS IN ADVANCE SO I DONT HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT

Wizzair is a mess, don’t trust them, all flights are delayed, nothing is secure with them, they are the poorest of all companies.

I chose seating based on me being 6’3 and they changed planes I guess bc I got 2 random Seats that were middle and window and vert cramped and uncomfortable for a long flight….should have been able to get same seating just different aisle maybe especially since we picked them and weren’t random

Liked that our agent at check in changed our seats to allow us to have more space.

I was upgraded to Busines Class from premium economy which was a great surprise. But......the service was not marginally better than premium economy. After the welcome on-board drink, I only saw a flight attendant twice...... when she delivered gluten free meals. In between, during a 8 hour flight, she didn't check back with me to offer water or collect trash. I had to fetch my own! The gluten free food was not good - they gave me the same meal whether I was in premium economy or business class.

My flight out of London was canceled on September 9. We could not get a flight to Italy until 2 days later. That means we would miss my son's wedding. So we had to take a train from Heathrow to central London (14 £ = $18.99). We then had to take the train from London to Paris (612£=$830.24). We had to take a taxi from the Paris train station to the Hotel Sixteen in Paris (€67.5=$78.67). Our hotel in Paris is (€340 = $396.26). Our flight from Paris to Italy was (€442.25=$515). Boarding was offal, crew and jet old and most things were not working, food was terrible.

Staff was very attentive, from the counter staff to flight attendants. Food was not great.

We boarded late, sat on the plane for 45 minutes, I was sweating on the plane and there was a child that screamed and kicked my seat almost the entire flight. The parent nor the crew would do anything about it. Food was very good.

I always have issues to connect with BA WIFI. Nothing to blame BA for but there is always an issue getting a gate at any London Airport whether the flight is on time or delayed. But overall a great flight.

LUGGAGE ISSUE - Upon luggage drop off the 4 staff were sharing only one functional POS machine. The contactless transaction asked for PIN, which I provided. In my app it showed 2 transactions automatically: 1 contactless denied and 1 approved after the pin input. However, no receipt came out of the POS. The lady at the baggage drop had me standing by the counter for 10 minutes to wait for the transaction to show up in their system. Which it didn't. So then we proceeded to make another payment using the chip and this time it gave a receipt. Needless to say, now I have to wait for another 7 days before I can claim the first payment back, as I was charged twice. NO ENTERTAINMENT OR FOOD ON THE SHORTER FLIGHT, just the longer one. Meaning - the plane had no screens, and the "food" was a small packet of pretzels. OVERALL GOOD STAFF on both planes.

I realize it almost has to happen, but giving up one carry-on is difficult. With the standard one in the overhead and one under the seat, I believe it could have worked. We chose British Airways because of its baggage allowance, but giving up on carry-on is a major negative in choosing BA in the future. Again, it is understandable. Everything else is top notch. Thank you.
