Crazy long boarding times, messy, inexperienced, overworked, and visibly tired crew, very uncomfortable seats and no compensation for delays.

They lost a bag and now our vacation is ruined

Was very good the flight, 15 minutes late,but was very ok!!!😊👏

1. Too long on board without air conditioning. 2. Very very long-tiring walk to exit gate.

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.

Flight was late boarding was poor. Economy boarded at the same time as premium. No space overhead for my cabin bag late arrival into Paphos.

very delayed boarding; the crew started the service extremely late and everything felt like they didn't want to be there and do their jobs; the pilot changed her mind about landing :))))))))) and we spent 10 more minutes circling around the airport before landing, eventually!!! lack of communication = lack of professionalism. she could have said 'ladies and gentlemen, due to us having taken off very late, we have lost our landing permissions and we'll have to wait some more', but she chose to shut up. big mistake that reflects poorly on the airline and herself.

On time, no announcement all along the flight, you can rest.

Kudos to the staff for their patience and professionalism. Next time, please stop serving alcohol to Romanian male passengers who are clearly not able to drink with measure. Appalling behavior.
