I liked crew, always smiling and provided the best services.
This is by far my worse experience with airline. The Lufthansa crew at the airport was rude, inefficient and not customer oriented. I am not counting the 1 hour delay, as safety comes first and it is understandable to prioritize it, but I had to take three flights to my final destination and I am flying frequently cross Atlantic trips since 2011, so I can confidently say that this flight operated by Lufthansa (flight from Athens to Munich LH1753 , was my worse experience.
The crew and especially Patrick were amazing. Very helpful, kind and accommodating. I’d be happy to fly with this crew for all my Europe trips!
I was asked at the gate to put my carry-on luggage into the metal size-checking unit and it scratched my luggage. I suggest lining it with a cloth to prevent damage to passengers’ luggage.
Trip was smooth, good drew, average meal, almost cold coffee. Excellent landing. Did not enjoy going down the stairs, walking to the gate, walking up the stairs, going a long walk to the exchange gate, and going down the stairs again to be bussed all the way where we originally landed to take our next flight! Over all an average experience. Thank you.
I booked extra leg room, due to seat neighbor i now consider extra shoulder and arm room as well. Seems like the seats shrink in width now The crew was very friendly and professional ( 100%). Food was good not great, breakfast was bad, a dry slice of bread would have been better. Facilities clean.
in athens they helped me with my dogs and they solved all my issues excellent service outstanding
We had the best help ever from the airport workers who helped us check in and get our luggage through even though the checkout was closed. We had gotten so lost that a 90 minute drive became 3 hours. They were fast and courteous and even helped with our rental car. Thank you to them!
Size of economy seats great. Food well not bad for airline food. Staff friendly, helpful, professional. Very impressed
Be aware that your carry on is no longer a carryon. They go by the weight not just the size. Because we were forced to check them we missed our connection. Waiting over half hour at the luggage carrosol. Also, this added inconvenience happened because they "kayak" changed our itinerary knowing our connection was almost impossible, they wouldn't make different flights. Will never book the flight through KAYAK. USE the carrier for direct.
Very basic service in business class. Mediocre will be the right word to describe them. Also, we arrived 8 hours late.
Flight was delayed for 3 hrs and there is nothing at the terminal except going back through security again. Food was offered but no vegetarian option
The worst experience ever, me and my little daughter suffered a lot on this trip. If there is zero or below-zero evaluation, definitely, I will give them.

There is no respect or customer service whatsoever in Egypt airline extremely poor customer service never fly again. Find ticket with adjective airline. It’s like throwing money in the trash.
The plane was falling apart. Screens didn't work. My chair didn't work. My tray didn't work. It makes me nervous about the maintenance of vital functions for flight. The food is horrible. We never eat it.
Our flight was delayed for more than three hours due to mechanical issues. Please compensate.
