We had to purchase an upgrade to get reclining seats. There was no entertainment module.

Even though I we were flying Business, my wife was in a wheelchair and the lady in the counter told the airport employee that he had to make the line (this was a first for us). There was only snacks and a heavier option to sell. The staff in the plane was great.

Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.

Not good, tried to purchase a first class upgrade and they couldn’t get it done. Was super uncomfortable the whole time.

No free snacks nor drinks on very short 30min flight. Entertainment system is over wifi to your own phone or tablet, which is good but often a show or movie just stops and refuses to continue

i think the flight was late because they were so strict about measuring everyone's personal items to try and charge them $119. It was really petty and made us late.

So so, you feel like you have to pay for everything each time

My whole return flight itinerary, 3 flights, got canceled without any warning to me because I missed one of the earlier flights 3 weeks ago

Avianca: you pay for a high-end flight and you fly like a low (very low) cost!
