Very kind crew. Vegetarian food better than usual. Prompt take off. Entertainment worked well. Could always do with more room!

I liked the reliability. I liked less the chair comfort...

The dinner was bland and boring, but the economy seats were surprisingly comfortable. The flight was very packed.

I didn't have any problems during my flight. My main issue is with airlines in general, they keep offering less and less every year, AirTransat is no different.

We are a senior couple (70+) and chose emergency exit seats so we would have 2 seats together and neither of us had to sit in a middle seat. My husband is type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump and I monitor his blood sugar levels. I am 5'9" and 250 lbs and found the seats extremely uncomfortable. Toward the end of the flight I developed diarrhea which lasted a full 24 hours.

We were treated well by the staff at the airport and on board aircraft. Delay was uncontrollable due to the weather. Had to wait for another gate as we were late landing in Fort Lauderdale.

I was supose to have a carrey on incluided for each passenger and they made me paid 75$ each at the gate.

Great crew and entertaining Captain. Seats were not what we had expected based on my booking but things worked out in the end. Of course, like all airlines these days not enough leg or elbow room.

The entertainment system was down; food by purchase only; several people did not receive their luggage. No one answers at the local office or online about the luggage.

I did not like I have been charged for my carry on

Food has been disappointing in both legs of flight to india

Great staff great experience, made a 2 hour delay very bearable

I was my pleasure to fly virgin on my birthday for my first solo trip ever 🫶🏼

Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

Great crew - old style upper class seats on the older fleet now feels dated

The crew was excellent as ever on Virgin. The special meal was poor unfortunately. More significantly when we arrived at Manchester Airport there was no air bridge provided and we had to exit the plane down a rickety stair case. This is unacceptable for a transatlantic flight. Whilst I understand that this is the airport’s fault at the end of the day the airline is responsible for our transportation and needs to do something.

Super friendly and helpful staff, from check-in desk to cabin crew.

Following a paid seat upgrade for enhanced comfort, I encountered an unacceptable odor in my assigned area. It took three hours for the crew to relocate me, and the replacement seat was unacceptably close to the lavatory, offering no improvement.

Good overall. Cannot fault the airlines. I have had better entertainment systems before ie ice in Emirates but it was not too bad. Food was decent and staff were friendly.

Miami airport needs more thorough signage. It was a long walk from my transport point to the check in desk,

Our itinerary included a 1 hour and 30 minute layover, which should have been sufficient under normal circumstances. However, our original flight was delayed. Before we even deplaned, we were instructed to collect our checked bags from baggage claim, clear immigration and customs, and then recheck our bags for the connecting flight. The airline knew—or should have known—that this was impossible. Checked baggage acceptance closes one hour before departure, meaning there was no realistic way for passengers from the delayed flight to recheck their bags in time. Despite this, the airline gave us misleading instructions instead of informing us that we would likely miss our connection. We completed immigration and customs in approximately 10 minutes, but our checked bags did not arrive at the carousel for more than 30 minutes. After collecting them, we had another 10-minute walk to the baggage drop area, only to find that no airline attendant was present. We then went to another airline counter, where an employee told us this had happened before and that there was nothing they could do because the baggage acceptance window had already closed. At that point, there were still 40 minutes remaining before our flight's departure, yet no one was willing to assist or offer a practical solution. When we asked to be rebooked, we were simply told to call the airline's 800 number ourselves. There was no accountability or customer support at the airport, leaving us stranded in a foreign country with no immediate assistance. After finally reaching an agent on the 800 number, we were rebooked on a flight for the following day. However, we were initially told that the airline would not provide any hotel accommodation and that we would have to arrange and pay for it ourselves. Only after making multiple calls and speaking with several different agents did one representative finally issue a hotel voucher. The entire experience was an exhausting and frustrating ordeal. What should have been a 20-hour journey ultimately became more than 30 hours due to the airline's poor planning, misleading instructions, lack of accountability, and inadequate customer service. The unnecessary delays, confusion, and absence of meaningful assistance caused significant physical exhaustion and severe mental stress. This experience fell far below the level of service passengers should reasonably expect.

Switching flights in Halifax was a nightmare. There was no agent waiting us when we disembarked to provide my mom with gate to gate assistance as we arranged. Our flight was delayed so our window to catch the other flight was very tight. The airport was poorly marked as to where to go. The plane was fairly crowded and space available was cramped.

Good flight. We were all boarded in good time for departure time but baggage loading had barely begun. So left late. No food just snacks and basic drinks for free (food also for purchase). No entertainment as again, unable to connect with wifi on WestJet despite being a rewards member.

Flight was delayed for 5hours. Food vouchers just aren’t good enough

It was disappointing to see the huge number of people who were allowed to board who were claiming to either be disabled or needed extra time to board who practically ran to the gate as soon as boarding opened. One of the female flight attendants in the premium economy section refused to let a lady with an infant use the toilet next to row 9 to change her baby even though the path back to the rear toilets was blocked by staff and trolleys and said she would have to carry the baby to the toilet during the descent phase when turbulence was present. The passenger refused and the baby had to wait until landing. It would have been no problem to allow this infringement of weathers petty rules. The flight was also very cold due to a cold draft throughout the flight from the bulkhead ceiling which was not controllable.

While I appreciated the food (it was unexpected), it was interruptive for sleeping. We paid extra for reserved seats, but when we checked in they gave us different seats. I had to call WestJet arounf 11:30pm the night before our flight to get this fixed. We were give seats in the emengency row to resolve the issue.

In spite of purchasing premium, I felt it was perhaps the most uncomfortable seat I have flown in. The base was either broken or poorly made and had no support. Even placing pillows and blankets on the seat (1D aisle) didn’t help. It made for a long and mostly sleepless six hour flight. Crew also were very loudly talking to each other through the night making it very hard to sleep. It was purchased for the price, so I get the risk, but was not impressed.

Business class lie down seats on WestJet aren't very comfortable. Crew were excellent and overall flight was ok.

There was a medical emergency that the crew handled very well. There was no “entertainment” of any sort-no movie/music/whatever. Food was typical of airlines: mediocre.

A group of a family sat behind me. I think up to 8 people? Constantly talking and making noises. Stewardess did nothing at all to make them stop. Told the Stewardess and they said they'll handle it but they didn't 🙄. Food sucked too.

It was great to have a vegetarian meal option, but departure was delayed because they had oversold the flight. Air Canada, you’re in charge of how many tickets are sold: don’t oversell!

I liked the quiet airport and no queue. I don't like that when booking it is not clear that there is teared economy, that you have to pay extra for choosing a seat and for your luggage both ways. We didn't find this out until checking in. It turned out not very economical.

In flight entertainment system did not work across the whole plane for entire flight. Seats were very cramped. Cabin temperature was freezing cold. Crew was miserable and answered everyone in a short and barking manner. I’ve flown air Canada many many times and never had an issue. But this was unpleasant.

They screwed up so bad, I asked for a short check for my luggage since we had a 21 hour overnight layover in London at a hotel. They said I have to receive my luggage in London because it’s an overnight layover. Get to London, nope, my bags aren’t coming off they are staying in terminal 5 over night and going straight to Ibiza. So we had no luggage for a whole day and basically stuck with no clothes or washroom stuff. Finally get to Ibiza and my luggage is completely smashed and damaged and missing a wheel. Now I have to drag this 50 lbs luggage around Ibiza islands for 10 days. Wtf. So pissed off Air Canada is LITERALLY THE WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD

Great flight ✈️ I requested a vegan meal and don’t think offering frozen fruit cup for breakfast is a good idea people want something warm or neutral like the muffin but it was cold from being in the paper bag with the frozen fruit 🧐 and unfortunately I didn’t have either and I don’t like wasting food so that was a disappointment. Flight was on time departure and arrival flight crew were good.

From my experience, I see there is room for a greater mixture of cultures, for example, a mix of the nationality of cabin crews, food, music, food, etc.

on time quick service but food so so and seats very small. no leg room. I think passengers should not be bringing so large carry on suitcases and should have free check in. Then boarding and unloading would be faster

After nearly nine years without traveling, my son and I decided to take our first flight, and we chose Air Canada and I’m so glad we did! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The flight itself was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. But what really stood out for me was the luggage tracking feature. Knowing that my bag was scanned onto the same flight I was on gave me such peace of mind. It’s little details like this that make all the difference, especially after not traveling for so long. This trip was incredibly special for us, and Air Canada made it even more memorable. Thank you for such a fantastic experience I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with you again!

Overall the new aircraft’s is good and crew is good. Just overall airline policies and process needs to be better.

Air canada always does an excellent job with business class friendly staff great food ......

All good, professional service, and arrived close to on time.

This was a special trip so we booked first class. It was obviously an old plane as the seats weren't that comfortable or spacious. We were delayed 45mins taking off as the "little engine that starts the big engines doesn't work". The powered divider between myself and the next seat in first class didn't work and my electrically powdered seat didn't work so I had to move seats to try and get some sleep. Food and drink were good, crew were great. But I'll never fly with BA again.

Need thicker and wider blankets. Food was below standard especially in the fist leg.

Decrepit planes, poor business class layout designed to maximize revenue, no decent movie selection.

Boarding was efficient. Flight left on time. Wasn’t full so we could spread out a bit. Food was ok.

The A350 is a great plane but BA's seating was incredibly tight (eg compared to the same plane as flown by BA's partner Finnair) and with a middle seat it was very claustrophobic

Staff and crew where very nice and friendly. Just need to improve the timming om the meal and beverages.

Lost bag - again. No help from staff at Nice - they have a handling agent who does nothing No emergency kit Try calling BA - they eventually found the bag - now on later flight. Trying to get someone to help in the short term is impossible. If I am unhappy - then I have to log it on a website. The agent said he was only able to help with future bookings - not assist in the chaos BA had caused. IF YOU WANT SERVICE WHEN THINGS GO WRONG - PICK ANYONE BUT BA. Personally - I'm joining ABBA (Anyone But BA) again.

I asked for assistance for my mobility issues. It took over 45 min to find someone to take me to the security. then I was deposited at the lounge and I was supposed to be picked up. No one came. I almost missed the flight. There was no offer of extra water, snacks or anything on the flight. Food was OK given that I am gluten and diary free. Seats were uncomfortable and very little stow away space.

The seat was a bit crowded since the person in front was reclined. It’s my personal belief that if the seats are allowed to recline, there should be more room. The service provided by the crew was the best I have experienced.
