I booked this flight thru Kayak and then had to cancel within 24 hours of booking. They only refunded part of the fare, saying that was the usual practice. I was not pleased.

Everything! Not sure if there's really anything that could make it any better

Very quick trip from Southampton to Edinburgh Arrival a long way from baggage and up 3flights of stairs no lifts or escalators

Seat is business could have been a lot cleaner, but space was nice and seat was comfortable

Terrible. The test of an airline is how they deal with problems. There is very little to differentiate between airlines. Aer Lingus failed absolutely. They lost one of my bags even though we had more than a 2 hour connection in Dublin. Trying to get it back has been awful. In checking on line I can see that the bag is in Edinburgh and it was supposed to be delivered today. It wasn't. The number we have in the UK doesn't answer. I had to pay for an international call to speak to somebody. All the woman at the call centre could say was be patient wait. I can tell you when it will be delivered nor can I tell you who the courier is.

A little late, but an overall pleasant flight. Staff pleasent hand helpful, a great start to our holiday.

The space between seats has reduced even further making it extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't even open the tray table properly or got compressed the moment the front guy reclined.

Not satisfying due to loss Luguage for 4days. Damage Luguage that had no way to fill up a report for and me as a client to spend more money and time to replace it. Thank you for soliciting my opinion, but it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Stephanie Zvi

The seat pitch was a little tight for me, but I survived. There was a volatile, enraged passenger a couple of rows ahead of me and the cabin crew defused and resolved the situation calmly, quickly, and successfully.

We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)

I wish Aer Lingus offered free wifi and had power outlets at the seats. Overall, the flight was good. Seat back entertainment had some interesting options. Food and snack options were mediocre at best. I enjoyed the canned red wine.

I had an awful experience at the ticketing agent stand. I had purchased three tickets, one of which I had the maiden name of a passenger on the ticket. They refused to help, assist, and actually delayed our process and had us miss an opportunity to purchase a ticket on the same flight. I was sent through multiple phone calls, none of which helped, and the person at the counter was the person who told me to both call Aer Lingus for help and was the person who said they could not fulfill my request that they were privy to from the beginning. My partner is still stuck in Scotland, racking up thousands of dollars in additional fees and tickets. I am very upset and two of my tickets went unused. I will never be using Aer Lingus ever again and I will continue to complain about them.

I got caught using a stolen credit card number. Michelle Siziba is my name Nice to London Gatwick on 7/31/25.

Not happy with price of luggage or that we had no choice but to pay whether cabin or hold. I didn't book seats but this is unnecessary extra money along with suitcase

We accidentally purchased twice the bags we needed. Our fault, but the ticket was not clear to us, and it asked us to purchase bags at checkin. When we notified them to get credit back at the airport, they said to contact customer service. We flew the flight and then contracted customer service. They said no credits after the flight has flown. Not customer service oriented at all. They know we didn’t check that many bags and kept our money for a service they did not provide. Be aware and very careful of what you are purchasing from them because they will not make it right if there is an error.

sadly in Basel & Naples- no jetway we had to climb up and down stairs with our max size carry-on luggage, which was not fun!!!

This was our first time using them. I gave okay ratings for food and entertainment because it was minimal or not provided so I couldn't judge, but much better than most budget carriers we have ever used.

We were charged a ridiculous amount for a name spelling error on ticket which I would’ve corrected if I received pre-check info more than 1/2hr before flight. Then we were told at ticket counter that our bags were fine for boarding but then we’re charged another ridiculous amount to take in our luggage despite being told differently. Flight itself was great. Charges were unfair.

Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.

There were a lot (4 I think) of EasyJet flights leaving Agadir, we arrived two and a half ours before our flight. Very slow to get through the booking in, passport control and security!! We had booked in on line but had to Queue with others who had not to drop our bags off!,

We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?

I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.
