Once settled in our seats, another 25 minutes went by when the plane did not move. No information's given. I asked a member of the cabin crew what was going on who said she didn't know anything. I then heard her ask (presumably the captain) on the intercom if he could make an announcement as 'passengers were enquiring' We were then informed that we would have a further delay of up to an hour. We eventually took off at 16.00, over two hours after scheduled time. Thank goodness, I had left plenty of time for my connecting train. I was equally unimpressed for different reasons with Jet2.com on the outward flight on 12 July. I will not be flying with them again."

Cons: "The thumping 'music' as we boarded, the over-jolly announcements which treated the passengers as if they were all mentally deficient or poorly educated. The information they conveyed was clear and comprehensive and obviously, safety instructions are crucial, but the format and tone of delivery were so patronising I thought they were a parody. They also assumed everybody was coming back to the UK after their holiday - the flight had a good proportion of French passengers and some of us don't live in the UK. Make the announcements more neutral. I fly with a lot of no-frills lines, especially Ryanair and EasyJet as well as the larger carriers such as Air France, BA, SAS and Air Canada, but I have never come across such grating and irritating announcements. I will think twice before booking another flight with them rather than endure this again."

I was glad that i could take my hand luggage onto the plane, allowing me to exit without having to wait at the carousel. There was plenty of space in the overhead locker. I liked the sense of humour in the announcements - it proves that even serious things can be said in a pleasant manner"

The website did not work well and it ended up booking 2 bags each and charging me for two each. That was odd because I booked and paid for my bags online the previous day while I was checking in.they said I had to write a letter to get back my extra baggage fees I was charged in error. Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this."

He kept going on and on about how bad the weather was in London and how sunny it was in Portugal. He mentioned rain and snow in London and suggested that people booked a return flight to Portugal in the twenty-five minutes available to them in London after the plane had landed. One joke about the sun versus the rain might have been acceptable but to raise it again ad again just became irritating and an abuse of the PA system. He shouted Halleluja amongst other things when trying to get money out of people for the Ryanair charity. If he wants to be a professional comedian he should change his profession as he was just annoying people and he stopped the flight from being relaxing,"
