Pros: Great flight. The only uncertainty with this level of tickets, is not knowing the seats you will get in advance, even thought they are in the back of the plane. In general, it is worth what you pay for.

Cons: Knowing the seats you will get in advance, even thought they are in the back of the plane. They can save the food!!! It's owfull.

Pros: Although the plane was old, I found the seat to be very comfortable

Cons: Entertainment was pretty much nonexistent. Plane was old and legroom tight.

Cons: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Cons: Old Plane, My seat control had an error message, service could improve a lot it was a first class ticket and I had no service at all... I had just ONE DRINK during all the flight. Flight attendants were MIA the whole time. Food service was regular. I am completely disappointed of Aeromexico
