The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.
All was good. The headphones they supply are of poor quality. The food is good but too much dairy.
Asked for a wheelchair multiple times. Got denied the wheelchair in London layover.

If you want the worst airlines and worst staff - British airways. They only know how to loot - as they always have throughout their lifetime of ruling countries etc.
Due to air traffic control, although we boarded the aircraft early, take off was delayed for nearly 50 minutes. This meant we arrived in Lyon late … and the baggage took over 30 minutes to be offloaded … not the best experience.
You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.
Got away on time, comfortable flight. Landed into thick fog at Zurich with no concerns.
