American Airlines didn't allow us on the flight as there were delays for a ground stop that couldn't get our flight from Baltimore to the gate. When we needed help rebooking there wasn't a gate agent available to help us either.
The boarding process, airplane, entertainment, beverages and crew were very good. But the food left a lot to be desired, especially for business class. I had a chicken breast that was tough and rubbery, with little flavor. It wasn't even up to the proverbial "banquet chicken" standards. Very disappointing. There was only one offering of bread, OK, not a huge deal, but it's a nice touch to be offered more. Similarly, other airlines' crews come by to offer more drinks, though the crew responded when asked. Good flight overall, but the food just wasn't up to the standards you'd expect.
More options on TV shows and movies and make it where if someone wants to choose their seats that it is an easy process. I wanted to choose our seats and never could do that! I even called and they told me I had to do it with agent at the airport. That was very inconvenient
We were treated politely and the crew was nice. Again no one knew why there was a delay. Food was hot and a lot was offered but bad in taste. Seats weren’t the worst but for a long flight your legs ache from it. Entertainment was old not very interactive
I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The entertainment options were plentiful, the food was appetizing, the snacks were tasty, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful.
This was my first flight on Aer Lingus and it was great. The plane wasn't full so I could move to a seat with extra room. The food was pretty good for airline food and the staff was nice and attentive. I enjoyed the media provided during my 10 hour flight. We arrived home early and it's always good to be home!
WiFi didn’t work for me. as headphones didn’t work either.
Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!
entertainment choice was excellent for both movies and audio. Food was quite good. Staff was excellent and flight was on time and smooth.
The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
KUDOS TO ALL THE CREW PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PASSENGERS ON A WHEELCHAIR. ON BOTH FLIGHTS THEY HUSTLED TO TAKE MY RELATIVE TO CONNECTION ON TIME. THEY DESERVE A LOT OF CREDIT!
Good experience with this flight. Boarding was smooth with no issues. The short flight was good with quick drink & snack service. Nice easy way to get back from DC.
Staff was very responsive and nice. Long delay because of mechanical issues was a problem.
Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim
awful expereince. boarding was a mess and not communicated, then we sat on a hot plane and were at risk of getting kicked off
2 hour delay and a lack of air conditioning on the plane. Not a good combination
Given us a free miles or free flight for waiting for 9 hours I didn’t get home till 5am in the morning and I was supposed to be home at 9:30 touch down.
I had back trouble prior to my flight and everyone was great about helping me.
