I have never flown Alaska Airlines before & would recommend them to anyone& will use again

No tv, movies for a 6 hour flight! Worst airline I have ever travelled!

The seats were incredibly small and the attendants were grumpy the whole time.

It was our baby’s first flight and everything went perfect. The flight attendant gave him his first set of wings and we were smooth flying from there.

It took around two hours to depart. Just sitting in the tamarack waiting. It impacted my traveling plans in a very dramatic way. When we returned, it took around two hours for us to be able to get our luggage. Ridiculous!!

Received little assistance with air sick child. Crew’s main concern was if anything got on the seat belt!

Friendly and on time Would have appreciated if they’d been able to help with seats etc on our other onward flights with British Airlines

I have taken 4 Alaska flights in the past 3 weeks and every single flight was delayed. They give you a $12 voucher for airport food, sometimes too late, after you’ve already eaten. That might get you a bagel. Reservations, rentals, etc have to be cancelled with no repercussions. Will be avoiding Alaska if possible.

Flight was smooth but to many screaming and crying young toddlers who wouldn't stop crying and screaming at the top of there lungs it gave me a bad headache.
