Horrible horrible plane for such a long flight. I thought Qatar was a reputable airline. Was proven so wrong. Never again…:-(
Whatever was good was diminished by the late delay from Nairobi which caused the missing of our flight to Seattle then we were connected to another flight to Miami which also caused the missing of flight to Seattle again delaying us for several hours in Miami
My laptop in checked suitcase disappeared. The check in lady asked about it and found this very curious. She made me sign something when I insisted it remains in my checked suitcase. Robbery without violence.
Service and food were good. I'm 6'3" and my knees hit the chair in front of me. The 3 hour flight was manageable but the 15 hour flight was torture. There is no comfortable position to sleep and I'm grateful the person in front of me did not lean their seat back.
Boarding is delayed! We are inside the plane without AC for a long time. No TV monitor.

Qatar Airways has consistently set a standard in my mind that very few airlines manage to sustain, and once again, this journey in Economy Class lived up to that expectation. As an avid globetrotter who travels extensively for work, I experience many airlines, service cultures, and levels of hospitality. Yet there is something reassuringly consistent about Qatar Airways. It is not simply the onboard service, but the entire experience: the professionalism, courtesy, warmth, attentiveness, and genuine sense of hospitality. The cabin crew are exceptionally well trained, composed, aligned, and polished in their delivery, yet their interactions rarely feel mechanical. They remain remarkably courteous while retaining a genuine human warmth and an apparent eagerness to assist. On almost every Qatar journey, there are individual crew members who somehow manage to stand out and make the experience even more memorable. What I value most is the consistency. Qatar Airways has established a certain benchmark of expectation for me and, over many journeys, has never underdelivered against it. There is a sense of confidence and ease that comes with boarding a Qatar flight because I know the overall experience will be thoughtfully delivered. For someone who spends a considerable amount of time travelling, that peace of mind matters enormously. Qatar Airways remains one of the airlines I genuinely enjoy flying, not because of any single aspect of the service, but because of the complete package and the remarkable consistency with which it is delivered. The only disappointment on this occasion was that my luggage did not arrive with me at my final destination in Kolkata (CCU), following my journey from Seattle (SEA) via Doha (DOH). Unfortunately, the baggage was delayed in Doha. A baggage exception report is already on file with the local airport team in CCU. Given the confidence Qatar Airways has built with me over the years, I remain optimistic that they will once again live up to that expectation, work their magic, and reunite me with my luggage within the next 24 hours. Looking forward to a swift resolution and, notwithstanding this final hiccup, another thoroughly enjoyable Qatar Airways journey.

Movie options were quite limited in terms of the new releases The boarding in Goa was was too cumbersome with multiple security checks and passport checks. Seems like we are trying to create redundant processes with no valuable gains. A lot of waste in the system and it’s really frustrating for us customers.
Overall the crew were friendlier than similar premium airlines like Cathay or Singapore. Seat was good. Food was excellent.. the starlink wifi was a real plus. The entertainment was just ok.
The cabin crew were kind, helpful, and polite. However, my flight from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. As a result, my journey was significantly extended, leading to a much longer travel time than originally scheduled.
Flight got canceled due to Middle East conflict. Just fly hasn’t refunded me the money
One of your male flight attendant was pushy and a bit of a martinette. Completely unnecessary.
Overall mediocre experience. Check in was good. They're were discriminatory. They were not attentive, food choices were not vegetarian friendly. The food served was frozen.
My wife and I were upgraded to Business Class on our Dublin-Abu-Dhabi flight on the 22nd of January. Being served by "Mariyan" (not too sure about her name, she's from Tunisia) was the real highlight of our flight, she deserves to be working with etihad. We are looking forward to the next upgrade as we are flying back to Dublin on February 01, 2024. If I am not mistaken we have just reached GOLD status as Etihad Guests.

The seats were cramped, uncomfortable, and the legroom was insufficient for such a long flight. The seats did not recline as expected, making the journey quite uncomfortable. I travelled from Adu Dhabi to Melb; service was minimal at best, when I asked for a bottle of water but no meal I was told it was not available- it seemed a cup would do. The staff were un helpful & dismissive. We had a family near us who I never saw obtain any assistance from crew- they were simply avoided! Meal was simple and adequate no hot drinks were on offer until close to arriving, with a pseudo breakfast. Seats were tight despite obtaining extra leg room. I will not be flying with Etihad again and will not recommend them to family & friends.
Transit time could be 15 min longer atleast. It was right on the dot to boarding time. Giving minimal time to do shopping
