Great seat in premium economy, great food and drinks throughout lots of in flight entertainment. 1 hour 40 min delayed flying out , 2 1/2 hour wait at passport control in tampa

Not only were the aircrafts spacious, but the crew was friendly and efficient. I was so gracious for the included meals on the longer flight (8+ hours).

I do not understand how BA takes coach seating and has people paying for business class. There is no leg room, seats don’t recline and no entertainment to be had unless you brought your own.

Why don't they board from the back of the plane to the front. We have to move by all the people and their luggage to get to the seats.

The plane was known to be late in advance of takeoff. My guess is that it was known to be late at 11am or 5 hours before scheduled takeoff time. We were late to leave and with a wheelchair and the a cart, we only made it to gate. We raced! Inside plane, all was great

The calls for our boarding group weren't heard/clear.

All went well on the flight, not happy of course with having to pay for a seat and in hold luggage of £50

The international flight from PHL to Lisbon was one of the worst I’ve experienced, ever. What was really disappointing was the entire experience of comfort and service in the coach cabin after takeoff. The food was inedible and the wine served with dinner was such low quality - it tasted of petrol. I couldn’t eat more than a bite or two of the chicken entree, being worried it would make me ill. The service took so long to reach the entire coach cabin, I ended up having the lights turned off on me as though I had to rush though dinner (though as I mentioned, it wasn’t as if I ate much - only the salad). Most of the attendants seemed generally annoyed and were not friendly or polite. While there was some turbulence, it wasn’t too uncomfortable and I know that is just a chance. The temperature of the cabin was so warm, even a friend a row or two up and on the other side of the plane felt like this. To top it all off, the seat was so uncomfortable and flattened/overused, I had back pains for DAYS afterward.

The boarding call announcements versus the Staff announcements versus the digital signage board on the out-going and returning flights WERE NOT IN SYNC. I was sent through check and re-checks 3 times. WHY?

Yet again BA flight was delayed. Only one delayed. No updates from ground staff. Plane was dirty and staff were disinterested.
