Pros: Crew were brilliant and I felt well looked-after.

Cons: Bizarre flight with lunch of pasta and broccoli at breakfast time and then the whole flight was in the dark as most people were sleeping. Grotty 22-year old plane.

Cons: Crew was pretty unfriendly abs the food was very poor.

Cons: My bag did not arrive with me and I was told it was because I did not allow enough time for my bag to get from the plane in Split. This had nothing to do with me but rather their scheduling. They really need to allow more time between connecting flights for this and for getting thru passport check

Cons: 1.5hr delay and no initial explanation other than "indefinite delay"

Cons: My luggage was lost

Pros: The flight was OK but we were mislead by your advertising which clearly stated that one checked bag was included with each ticket. When we arrived to check in we were told that was incorrect and we would need to pay for any checked bags.

Cons: The false advertising is illegal in most countries but apparently not here.

Pros: Crew was professional, food was good.

Cons: The screen to manage in-flight entertainment was not very responsive and live tv was cutting out constantly

Pros: Short, sweet, and yummy! Short trip, sweet experience with their staff and boarding process, and yummy snacks.

Cons: Left on the runway for hours

Pros: Business class fare sitting in front roll Economy seat. This is my time experience in Business class sitting in Economy seat.

Cons: No business class is available only Economy class in the flight

Cons: Was not aware I had to pay extra for the suitcase I checked.

Pros: There was a special needs boy that sat behind me and he had some issues (long flight, understandable) and the crew were AMAZING with him. Not everyone has common or even human decency. These people were rad, and it was lovely to see.

Pros: Sarah the Cabin Manager was amazing.
