Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Crew excellent, especially as they dealt with delay due to earlier medical event"
Cons: "Not really. Although pushback delayed, arrival was 10 minutes early"
Pros: "Excellent value."
Cons: "Random seating allocation is a farce."
Pros: "good to have bag drop-off ,flight on time but an older plane"
Cons: "Queues at security at Manchester always a nightmare! .Foreign airports do not have that problem"
Pros: "Comfortable flight"
Cons: "Delayed, big queue to board plane"
Pros: "Direct connection"
Cons: "A 5 hour Ryanair flight is a terrible thing... Delayed 35 mins, kept the cabin lights on and sold fags for the whole flight, even though we took off at 8:30pm. They used the seatbelt light to keep people sat down during each trolley service - come on, it there’s turbulence, you don’t serve drinks. Oh and I don’t know why they are allowed to say “Low fares airline” as it clearly isn’t."
Pros: "I appreciate that the flight time was short and we landed safely. It was convenient to be able to check in online and the app is straightforward to use. Outbound flight was pleasant and seamless."
Cons: "Return flight - No announcement, departure board update, explanation or apology for the delay in flight departure. Passengers were called to board and left waiting in line for over an hour with zero communication as to why we were unable to board our plane. This was my first time flying with Ryan Air and I was greatly disappointed. Budget airlines should not equate to budget customer service."
Pros: "In flight snacks were good. Staff pleasant."
Cons: "Getting through security was a stressful nightmare. I had no idea what to put where. Was just given a tray and expected to know. Signs said inhalers needed to be in plastic bag but website said meds were ok but keep handy. Threatening notices said if you get it wrong your bag will be searched and you can be delayed for up to half an hour (the inference being you could miss your flight). Vowed not to fly again although may get over it!"
Pros: "The few were incredibly amazing they were very friendly and educated, always there to help."
Cons: "Flight supposed to start at 18.55 but we didn’t take off until 9.45pm. I ended up paying extra money for a hotel because we arrived at 12.36 and the car rental were closed. A waste of money, no food, not water. Hope to claim back compensation for my hotel stay."
Cons: "I arrive 2 hours before flight only to be told I must print out my boarding pass BEFORE I get to airport ! I was charge 55 English pounds for me and for my wife 110 pounds, ! ? what a surprise, I do not like this at all. angry bitter pissed off"
Pros: "V efficient airport. Got through quickly and no rushing due to size. V pleasant staff despite full plane. Nice flight path over by Ireland’s highest mountain range on the departure. Also nice sunset on right of plane. All on time"
Cons: "Maybe enough seats for everyone after security but obv right for space"
Pros: "Once we boarded, we had to wait 45 minutes to take off. Apparently, there was a problem w/ air traffic control, but no one said anything until about 25 minutes of waiting."
Cons: "The flight crew in the cabin were very unfriendly and not the least bit helpful."
Pros: "New plane was comfortable."
Cons: "Very late service. Crew forgot about our row during the drinks service. Usual chaos from Ryanair's aggressive seating policy although people managed to swap themselves around to sit together. This wasted more time of course."
Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "Worst airline unfriendly staff. They ripped us for more money when it was their fault not sending an email. I hope more people complain so they get their act together."
Pros: "Low cost and on time"
Cons: "Expensive food"
Cons: "The plane smelled pretty bad.... like urine"
Pros: "Well heck it’s cheap at least. Make sure you pay for upgrades."
Cons: "You get nickelled and dimed for everything. Seats are cramped. Lots of drunk people. Miserable staff."
Cons: "All the process was tedious. If you dont print your boarding pass before hand, be ready to pay about $25 a piece for them to "print" it. (not even printed, is handwritten). Between other things. Not enough characters left to tell everything. Overall, a terrible airline."
Pros: "new plane"
Pros: "Crew was great."
Cons: "Carry on policy. They should just make everyone check bags at ticketing ans save us the drama of doing it at the gate."
Pros: "Excellent value for money!!!"
Cons: "I didn't like that, one of the pasangers was with a little girl and she was screaming all the way from Dublin to madrid and the crew didn't help at all to have a solution! Also when I was inside of the plane I ask someone of the crew if they have space to put my wedding dress and she look at me like I was crazy and they just told me no! With a very bad tone of voice!"
Pros: "Good legroom"
Cons: "No pockets in seats Crew training appears inadequate"
Pros: "on time quick boarding from both ends of the plane friendly staff"
Cons: "Paid for priority boarding, first on the bus, not on the plane. Delayed 2 hours, and 3 gate changes."
Pros: "The make cabin crew had such a strong accent and spoke so fast that no one on the plane could barely understand a word he said during any of the announcements. He made no effort to slow it down and speak clearer"
Cons: "As above"
Pros: "That it is over"
Cons: "Extra leg room seats at the front of the plane don't actually have more legroom, and priority boarding is a farce if those without it can board the plane before you"
Pros: "Crew were attentive, flight was easy going"
Cons: "Boarding took longer than expected"
Pros: "Left on time,arrived early."
Cons: "All the steps to board plane."
Pros: "Comfortable seat"

Cons: "Price and punctual"
Pros: "Staff approacable."
Cons: "There was no water in the toilet.Aircondition not working well.Have to travel by bus to get into the plane.Delayed flight."
Cons: "Flight left late and arrived late. Very dissapointing."
Pros: "Very cheap ticket"
Cons: "Nothing really"
Pros: "Nice easy flight. Staff were up and down with food and drinks."
Pros: "We had to carry our bags up and down several flights of stairs. Not very friendly to disabled or elderly folks."
Pros: "Nothing! Crew was decent, but not great."
Cons: "Basically everything. Long wait in unannounced. unstructured line (s). Miserable seat."
Pros: "Flight was on time departure."
Cons: "Very rude crew"
Pros: "The flight was okay."
Cons: "One of the attendants was very rude to my group leaving Ireland. We had previously checked in to our flight but didn't have our boarding passes printed. Instead giving us direction, she sent us away to figure out how to get our boarding passes in an airport we had been in."
Pros: "The flight was on time and the crew did a fine job. It was a short flight with no problems."
Cons: "The leg room is very tight if you have even moderately long legs."
Cons: "Stupid 50 we had to pay extra. Never fly this airline again. A scam leaving me feeling like I was just screwed. I will actively tell people to never fly with you. Cut the surprise check in fee like normal airlines."
Pros: "flight was on-time; value for money good!; baggage drop-off well organized; I arrived alive"
Cons: "seats are not comfortable at all; old rusty wreck of an aircraft; security check personell poorly trained (did not find a 1.5 l bottle of water I accidentally carried !); hence, safety not provided !!! Ryanair won't value as a customer but rather as some necessity that needs to be carried"
Pros: "My children and I got seats together even though I didn't pre book."
Cons: "There would've been a £60 charge to prebook our seats together. I think this is excessive for suck a short flight."
Pros: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."
Cons: "Rough landings but not sure if that's due to aircraft model."
Pros: "5 minute early arrival"
Cons: "We stood 10 minutes outside in the freezing cold before boarding."
Pros: "Crew were friendly, did their jobs well."
Cons: "The phone app doesn't work. If you can't print out your boarding pass from the hotel then you need to pay 12 Euro to get it printed at the airport. They are constantly selling you stuff on the plane - food, perfume, lottery tickets. So annoying. The interior colors of the plane are obnoxious. Dark blue and bright yellow. It's really an affront to the senses."
Pros: "Just as expected. Boarded on time arrived early."
Cons: "As usual an uncomfortable flight (no reclining seats) but you're in the air such a short period of time it hardly matters"
