The seats were comfortable and we had leg room. Great entertainment.

Perfect flight. Smooth flight. Arrived 20 minutes early at destination. Excellent service.

In Liberia airport 5 min before our departure the airport was closed for takeoff for 30 min. Upon arrival to IAH we didn’t have any available gate and waited taxing another 40 min. As a result we arrived for 1+ h later. The walkway to the passport control in IAH is about 1-2 ml long. After the passport control you have to pass the security check again. Only 3 out of 16 checkpoints were open and the line was enormously long. As a result, even though we supposed to have 2.5 hrs gap in between the flights we missed our transfer. United rebooked us for the next available flight early morning and provided free hotel and meal vouchers through.

Check how old the airframe is, some older ones have inoperable seat back entertainment or power.

Flight was delayed. De-icing took a while. When we landed had to wait for another plane to vacate our gate. Just an overall bad experience.

Not good - outbound flight was delayed and missed my connection even though I got to the gate after running through the airport - the agent would not let me on because the door was closed (flight had not left). There was no notification from United - overall experience was very disappointing. Additionally, I was downgraded from first class to coach on the alternative flight

Staff on board was excellent. Positive upbeat helpful- like it used to be.

Flight and crew were great. United didn't inform crew of immigration process which was disappointing!

United has come a long way, it’s been a fantastic experience traveling with them.
