First time flying with UA and it was a great experience. Thank you

I had a good time. However, I paid for the wifi and it was in and out the whole flight.

It was perfect! I've never flown with United before, but I definitely will in the future

Horrible service no Wi-Fi connection on both leg of the flight and they are refusing to fix bad service

They never clean the toilet, and the food is worse

Complimentary light meal would be appreciated. But great flight crew service on all legs
