Reliable, nice crew, I fly often on that flight and I like it all.

Flight was delayed. De-icing took a while. When we landed had to wait for another plane to vacate our gate. Just an overall bad experience.

everything was pretty good. Houston airport is awful. Unnecessarily inefficient; people working there are rude. Badly run

Flight was late - I was downgraded from first class to coach

Staff on board was excellent. Positive upbeat helpful- like it used to be.

It was nice to have gotten up upgraded to first class with a meal on a three hour flight

United has come a long way, it’s been a fantastic experience traveling with them.

Always wish for more healthy, gluten free options. We have to bring our own.

The flight attendants were very rude, beyond comprehension. I took a business class from London to SFO for the first time on United. When I asked for a second piece of bread during dinner, the serving attendant threw a 3rd bread on my plate and said, “here. You can have this one too”! I couldn’t believe the rudeness of the attendant. Most all attendants were very rude, unhelpful, sing the food was absolutely disgusting. Never fly United internationally in business class. My flight back to SFO was a nightmare!!

For both flights I requested a gluten free meal, they didn’t have one nor were there other options.
