There is not enough room for people over 6 feet in the seats for a flight that long. Crew only came by when it was meal/snake time, in the 11 plus hour flight we did not see anyone walk around, on our flight to Japan we did not know where the call button was to ask for water, on the flight back we finally pushed enough buttons to find the call button

an absolute disaster and nightmare on air condition. IT WAS FREEZING!! everyone around us had hats, hoodies, gloves outdoor jackets on. that segment of the aircraft had a fault I assume...no amount of suggestion to turn down the air con helped. otherwise all good.

I always enjoy international flights with Air Canada, the organisation the brand the prestige. It’s great… Lots of flexibility Text calls around gate and luggage including my connection kept me informed; Sarah the flight attendant on our flight was amazing with just the right amount of professionalism and spiciness which made sure the rude or unresponsive passengers were kept in line while making sure providing five star customer service she was amazing. No improvements assessed on my side.

Everything was very good, short delay Toronto to Regina on my return to Canada but not a big deal. Thanks Kayak, Dr. Ian Stewart

The flight was direct and affordable The boarding process gave poor directions and disorganized. The seats were narrow and very uncomfortable! The disembarkation was also poor.

Very good AC Rouge flight YYZ-TPA. Great crew, all went smoothly. Thank you!

Boarded smoothly, took off on time. Entertainment screens were reliable and the movie library is abundant. Food better than wtst was served on the first leg of the journey by another airline.

Check in was incredibly fast, fukuoka was comfortable and crew very pleasant. The only negative was that the boarding was somewhat chaotic, but it so often is these days as airlines tend to board by how much you pay and not by what an orderly process of filling the plane would be.

Boarding was a disaster one person checking in 200 people took 25 min to check in zone 1&2.

I didn’t have food and they don’t include entertainment. Not much leg room at all. Staff were great.

Better synchronizing the boarding processes. The audio announcements, the personnel and the digital signage were not saying the same thing. All confusion.

Business class was nothing more than Economy with middle seat empty. Uncomfortable seat and leg room. A mom behind me had a 18 month/2 yr old on her lap, who had his feet on my back all the time- while middle seat remained empty. Pretty much not worth the fare. Very disappointed.

The first class seats were unusable, mine at the end of the flight, my husband's in the middle of the flight, and the one next to me was unusable either, they had to move the person to another seat.

charging port did not work, no entertainment system. Other than that the flight was good and safe.

Last minute gate change. Didn’t put our TSA global on our trip even though we asked multiple times to confirm. Did not help with food when could not eat what was served.

When Stephen arrived with our wheel chairs - we were in excellent hands! He was such great help with getting our rental car and then reporting our missing luggage. When you are exhausted from traveling for too many hours, he was just what we needed to navigate everything! Give that guy a raise!

The cabin was bit colder than I like but the crew members looked after us very well. They did even offer hot water bottle and hot chocolate. I cannot rate the crew enough excellent is not good enough. They really were wonderful.

Boarding is always a challenge as folks in al groups crowd around for no reason, but crew handled it well. I once again applaud the LHR ground baggage staff as they got our bags from a flight at Terminal 5A to a flight in Terminal 5C within 40 minutes...amazing!

Gate information deliberately delayed to only one hour B4 flight, lack of info finding gate.
