It was really nice experience by flying this klm flight.I personally recommend everyone to please try this klm flight
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.
Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.
Flight was ok but lack of communication cost me to literally beg to be put on another flight as connecting flight had departed
Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
First of all we couldn’t check in online, then we learn at the airport we were on stand by for KLM’s mistake of overbooking. The seats were not comfy at all. Our luggage got lost.
Short flight so it was okay. Nice crew, all very pleasant and professional. We were near the back in row 27 so just as we got our drinks, we started our descent so had to drink very quickly!
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.
The staff was bit rude when I asked for an extra drink after one beer, asked for one wine glass.
Had a delayed flight that caused me to miss all of my flights. Supposedly I was rebooked. When I got to my next connecting flight there was no ticket for me. I spent hours working with an agent. And they still couldn’t get it right. I will arrive home more that 24 hours later than my original schedule. Totally inept and frustrating experience.
The flight got delayed 3 hours from Montreal and we missed our connecting flight so it was a long journey

Economy Priority seats are extremely uncomfortable. There is no way to escape the boxed in feeling, particularely because the distance between to rows are too short, the hard edge of the front row is keeping legs confined. There is no elevated place to put your feet. I am of average, European size.
Terrible. Both flights were significantly delayed, no luggage, made me check my small bag when many, many others had much larger carry-ons, not even a bottle of water . . . I will not fly Discover Airlines again.
I was deceived on the Kayak site expecting a ticket, but instead finding a "standby" reservation. When I tried to change the ticket, I paid almost twice the price of the original ticket. Then, the airline refused to give me the reserved seat I had chosen and paid for. I think I deserve a refund for this leg of my trip because I was doubly charged and did not receive what I had paid for. I put in a complaint with Lufthansa because the ticket was sold originally sold as a flight they listed. Someone here needs to take responsibility.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
The crew on the flight were not particularly pleasant and fluid restriction was an issue. I was not allowed to fill my water bottle. Crew didn't check on passengers other than meal service.
You will pay for everything and feels like the airplane is old

The flight was delayed due to snow in Frankfurt. There wasn't much information from BA or the airport, but Kayak was great and kept me informed of the delay and gate changes.
Late takeoff, but on time landing. Lost bags, 3 days to find them, still in transit to my location. Power outlets broken, Wi-Fi not working, so much for working on the long flight.
Good. For a long flight. The comfort of the seat could be better. Also, the food was « normal » plane food. Not indian plane food unfortunately! Everything else was smooth and great.
The seats were comfortable. So many empty seats allowed for stretching out and sleeping. The onboard entertainment was pretty good. The cabin crew were so kind and kept the passengers well- hydrated, and well fed.
We had American Airlines on our return and it was confusing if we were going with Aa or BA I had 2 different flight numbers and didn’t get our gate until it was boarding. So we were a bit nervous as the which it was
No WiFi. No food. 250 ml of water only drink option. No entertainment options. Extremely bare bones flight
Really appreciated the care, attention and friendliness of cabin crew. Very comfortable, prompt and efficient flight.
