Cons: I was supposed to have wheelchair assistance. None there. Flight was on time. Passenger assistance is AWFUL!!!

Cons: Seat could really use a real footrest instead of the metal bar.

Cons: At the boarding gate they were cherry picking whose bag is too large and whose isn't. My bag was tagged for nothing, no one at the aircraft was to load them to baggage hold. Plenty of space on the plane. What is the point of the fuss.

Pros: Full bottle of water and continuous refreshments in flight.

Cons: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Cons: I could not check in because the system cannot link my flight legs and as such it considered that I’m going to Europe although I’m just transiting in Europe. So it required a visa which I don’t have.

Pros: Everything is well organized, crew members were great.

Cons: Aircraft A330-300 sucks. It is SLOW! Boeng-777 did Moscow-Houston flight in 10 hours, but this A330 flew from Frankfurt to Atlanta in the same time. Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags. Entertainment can be better. Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it.

Pros: Nice to have room to spread out. Amazing that a staffer in Greece managed to quickly rebook us on a different flight due to delays and the fear of missing our connection! The best!

Cons: Food wasn’t great. The movie system or user interface was clunky - nice variety of films but hard to find them and choose them.

Pros: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.

Cons: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.

Cons: Frankfurt connecting flights, security, and Passport control are terribly inefficient, with unclear guides to get passengers from B gates to A gates.

Pros: Salmon dinner was the best dish Lufthansa ever served

Cons: Flight attendants disappeared after serving dinner. They didn't come around once between dinner and breakfast. This was the worst LH crew ever.

Pros: The crew were nice enough. However, I thought it was strange that the flight attendant woke up the guy next to me to see if he wanted to eat, which he didn’t.

Cons: Checking in was bad. We had difficulty with the agent, who said that we needed to wrap our plastic tubs. We have flown other airlines using these same tubs for 15 years. After our minor altercation, the food on the two legs from Dammam and then on to Atlanta was very bad. I am not very picky with food and like just about anything. However, I was unable to eat the food served in 2 out of 3 meals. My time on Frankfurt was also not very pleasant. I will most likely try to avoid Lufthansa in the future.
