Pros: "When my flight was cancelled due to weather they got me on to another flight right away and I didn’t miss my connection. However I waited in line for an hour and a half, maybe I was lucky because I was near the beginning of the line. There was only one person for awhile helping re route people."

Cons: "Transition off plane in Dublin felt like cattle. No clarity on direction for first time people going to US about pre-clearnance process. If gate would have been posted sooner, I would have gone to pre-clearance sooner. I thought you go only after gate is posted and they call flight. Could have been a mess missing flight over this, but I was OK"

Pros: "The crew saw I was travelling with my young son; baby and elderly parents. We were placed at the front of the crew and were kind enough to allow me to board first."
Cons: "Most passengers had to put cabin bags into the hold. These were taken at the gate, it would have been nicer to have had this notified by text or when checking in so the bags could have been left at the check in desk."

Pros: "The plane was huge with lots of empty seats. This is better than my flight out, which was oversold (I was the person who didn't have a seat, until just before departure when someone else didn't show up). The seats appeared to be new."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour. No information was available about what gate the delayed flight would be departing from, which made it difficult to relax while waiting due to fears of missing the flight whenever it finally took off. The electronic flight list said to check the monitor at 6:38pm to find out what gate would be used (for a 5:30pm flight). I checked the monitor at 6:14 and it said the flight was boarding. This seems like a recipe for making people miss the flight. At the very least it made things stressful. No free food/beverages were provided (some is available at a cost). A family with a very tired baby was forced to wait in a huge long line rather than being pre-boarded. That just seems discourteous to me."
Cons: "Missed my connection to Amsterdam in London because flight was delayed in New York. Flight from Amsterdam cancelled the night prior to departure. Rebooked on a flight that was highly inconvenient. No compensation from BA for stress, inconvenience and wasted time."

Pros: "My first domestic flight with BA for years yet the service imo has got even slicker and better. From check-in to boarding to disembarking and all ahead of schedule, I doubt if I would fly domestically with anyone else."
Cons: "My flight was cancelled in the middle of the night "due to weather", however, every other flight took off that day from Gatwick without even a delay. British Airways offered nothing in return for a missed connection which cost me almost 1000$ in total and 2 missed days of work. Their customer service is horrendous and basically, they simply didn't care."

The flight was over 40 minutes delayed and no announcements were made. Boarding and deplaning was chaotic."

Pros: "What I love the most is the cabin crew through speaker was very funny, breaking the ice by making jokes. I have never experience that before and it's the best start to a flight if you are a bit concerned about flying. Was very easy and organised to board and the crew were very nice,"

Cons: "I had booked a day trip to London. The night before flight I received phone call from Easyjet offering me Euro250 to take a later flight as only a smaller plane than planned was available. But then you decided obviously not to send the smaller plane but did not bother phoning or emailing us customers as you had done the previous evening. I wasted more than half my day (1.5hr drive to airport plus 3 hours a airport) as I had to reschedule my day trip for a later dater to fit in the few meetings I had. I understand problems arrive, but Easyjet push their planes too hard. They are often late. Unreliable. At least communicate to your customers if you care about hem"

Cons: "Wish I knew I’m advance the importance of choosing a non-middle seat. The middle seat for 9+ hours was pretty miserable."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 hours was unable to catch my connecting flight in London to Barcelona. Had to buy another flight ticket in London, wait another day, pay for a night a hotel to get to my destination in Barcelona. I was supposed to arrive in Barcelona on Saturday April 1st and did not get there until 2 the following day. Will not use this service again."
Pros: "The plane seemed really nice (Dreamliner). Despite being tall, it seemed like I had a bit more leg room than in other economy class seats."
Cons: "I was in one of the boarding groups that got to enter the plane last. While I don't mind that, since the last group since in front of the plane, people who sit in the back sometimes put their carry on luggage close to the front of the plane so that they can get it on the walk back down the aisle rather than fussing with it when everyone is standing up. I wish there was more emphasis on making people put their carry ons above their own seats."
Pros: "There was one particularly pretty crew member with a great laugh and she was very friendly"
Cons: "I flew out with the same luggage that I flew in with. They charged me $56 for it. It seemed as if they made a new rule out of the blue and included my personal bag my carry on. It wasn't that they had to be concerned about the FAA weight requirements because the flight was only about 80% full. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there was no audio... so in other words, you could not simply turn on music to go to sleep by. This is a very bare-bones airline. Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment."
Pros: "There was a medical situation on board. The crew kept us informed as to why we were delayed and updated us on the situation and when we would be leaving. A dispute between two passengers was solved by the steward wisely moving one of the parties involved."
Cons: "Water should be available free of charge on all flights longer than two hours."
Pros: "It's a very nice plane, everything seems new and updated. I like that the cost of the flight didn't break the bank."
Cons: "I don't like that I had to pay for food (being that it's an international flight 8 hours). It's the first international flight and the first flight ever that I've had where they didn't at least offer you a drink. I also didn't like how phony the baggage system was. I had to pay 65 dollars for one bag...because I paid it at the airport vs paying it online. And last but not least I wasn't satisfied that I wasn't able to check in online beforehand, the line was ridiculous."

Cons: "Boarding at jfk was a shambles as there were o announcements as to why we were being delayed. Once on board it was ok very cramped seating but at least the crew were pleasant. Having read some reviews early I agree I think that if you have a good flight crew then at least your flight will be ok if not then it will be unpleasant. It wasn’t a cheap flight for a budget airline and will endeavour never to fly with them again."

Cons: "Generally not a comfortable flight. Boarding took ages both ways. I’m generally not down for ‘budget’ international flights - without adding the $60 meal service each way they don’t even offer you a water, let alone a coffee. I had to ask for water in the back and they were stingy about giving it out insisting they had to go in little plastic cups, very inconvenient."
Pros: "The flight from Boston to Gatwick was most pleasant - plenty of leg-room in Economy Class. The food was somewhat mediocre, especially the snack served at breakfast-time. Overall, however, a very good five and a half hour journey."

Cons: "This is the terrible airlines that we have ever experienced. It’s not organized at all. After booking the ticket, I didn’t say we have to check in 2 hours prior to not to get charged at the airport. When we stand at the encounter, everyone in line didn’t know this and had to turn around to get in the different line to pay for checking in. After that, we had to get back in a long line and the lady didn’t mentioned that she can check in our luggage’s. With that being said, we had to go back to other encounter to pay for checked in luggage. We paid almost $200 for checking in and luggage. How stupid is that? We and other customers in line all said we felt it’s the rip off. We come to Ireland for vacation and expected it would be welcome and nice. This turned us off. Never fly with this airlines again. Thumbs down!!!"

Cons: "Service was not great. The baggage allowance was lower than other airlines, forcing us to repack before we checked our bags. Checking in online was mandatory-something that wasn’t very noticeable in the email when we had a million other trip details to attend to so we didn’t and ended up having to pay a fee to check in. Ridiculous. My wife and I were not seated together even though I booked both tickets together. The inexpensive upfront price of the flight is not worth it since they will trick you into paying in other ways."

Cons: "Stood st the gate 30 minutes and then they changed the gate. Went to the new gate, stood in line again and they changed the gate AGAIN. Walked to the new gate and stood in line about another 30 minutes then once checked in and walked down the jetway, we were stopped again and had to wait!! Then we were delayed on the jetway waiting to load bags and once we started going, there were several planes ahead of us so we sat on the tarmac and waited some more. Flight arrived in Dublin more than 2 hours late!"
