I liked a lot , the flight attendant so nice ,the seat very comfortable I enjoyed the flight , I will do it again with Air Canada,

I paid extra to have a seat with more leg room next to a door. Turns out that is next to the bathroom. Customers disrespected my space the entire trip by stepping on my feet and tripping over me. You need to do a better job defining the space! Others had leg room under the seat in front of them and then used my space as a lounge and waiting area. Never again!

Flight was late leaving. Charge for luggage which still has not arrived and will be delivered in a week.

The cabin crew and entertainment options were great, but the food was really bad.

My original flight was cancelled -- but I have to mention the excellent service I was given by the agent working at check-in who found me an earlier flight -- and helped me navigate security, ensured my baggage kept up with the quick check-in and boarding process -- and just generally made the re-booking process a breeze. Thank you! On flight was fine, but we unfortunately meant no in-flight service -- no water, or coffee (it was an early morning flight...), but the crew was pleasant and accommodating throughout.

Crew was making faces when asked for extra water. They can really use a smile while giving services. Other Than that they were good. Lots of turbulence. Also while landing it was not smooth. The tire made a loud noise. They need to make those better. Other than that everything was good.

Lovely flight.....only cold drinks and no more complimentary cookies!

Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.

I wish they gave the earphones earlier rather than when we are already in flight.
