Pros: Nothing, only good thing was that the girl at the check-in was very nice and felt bad for the situation, then inside the plane after we landed, the manager was very attentive and nice to me, she heard my complaints and made sure I spoke my part.

Cons: - They charged me 55 GBP for missing the check-in - They didn't let me facture the suitcase even tho I paid for the priority entrance. I had to throw away my liquid bottles. - While boarding one of the flight attendants told me to walk faster because they were late, even though I had two heavy bags in both of my hands. Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this.

Cons: Make all seats non-recline and more sturdy, I don't want to be able to feel the person behind leaning on it or their knees pushing through into my back.

Pros: It's a large company in London so it was easy to navigate at the terminals.

Cons: It was a budget airline and not bad for a short flight. Nothing special.

Pros: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Cons: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Cons: Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.

Pros: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff

Cons: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.

Cons: My seat was sagging in from use. And some men were standing in the aisle, talking loudly and laughing while I was trying to nap. The staff did nothing about it.

Pros: One of the crew member who served our food seemed in a rush and just dropped our food on our trays :( There was a lack of communication at the counter for travelers like us who was making this connecting flight. We were there four two hours and nobody bother to tell us we needed to check-in again.

Pros: It was a very bad flight. i wouldn't recommend Air Maroc. Despite flying business class, the food was below average. there was no entertainment. seat was not comfy. Check in was very slow as well although we were very few.

Cons: Flight was 2 hours late and simply because of poor operations in the airport and on the flight. Failing to match the boarding list with the check-in list! And during the 2 hours sitting on the plane Zero communication from crew on the issue.

At the airport the checkin counter opened 3 hours & 20 minutes later than the notification announced. By the time checkin opened, all lounges had closed. Also, flight was further delayed.

Pros: We were given no information will be kept in the quiet until the last minute we were then told and flight was delayed then we were told our flight was cancelled we were taken to a hotel where we were fed but we’re not allowed any drinks most of us returning from holiday had no spare money so we had nothing to buy anything with we were told we would have breakfast and refreshments in the morning but we didn’t get anything we will put on a flight at 6 AM where we presumed we were going to London and ended up in France where we were made to get off the plane for a period of 15 minutes without luggage made to go through security being told we were allowed refreshments and we were taken straight back onto the plane with no food or water from 8 o’clock the previous night if anybody is reading this avoid and Arabia Maroc like the plague

Cons: Air Arabia no rock did not keep as informed did not treat us with respect did not treaters in accordance with any human rights leaving is from 8 PM without food or water till 6 PM the following day when we actually got to London I think it was out rages disgusting and totally on necessary

Cons: Being registered (very) dyslexic, I occasionally make booking mistakes. I called the second i realised i had input the wrong date and explained that it was not a cancellation i wished to make, just a crucial amendment due to my disability. Unfortunately this fell on deaf ears, and I ended up having to pay an additional £72, which was about 75% of the original flight cost.

Cons: I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund

Pros: Very clean and comfortable cabin.

Cons: The baggage policy was a bit unclear as to what those with the base fare could bring. We ended up having to cram a backpack into the carry-on bag to bring it aboard. We had to check one bag when we checked-in. It cost about 52 euros.
