Cons: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Cons: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Cons: "My bag was lost. The staff at the airport was friendly enough and assured me it would be delivered to my hotel in dublin that afternoon. It’s now the next day and I still have not received my bag. I’ve call multiple times and still cannot give me a straight answer. So now I have to check out of this hotel and hope my bag shows up before moving on to my next destination. Also, on the flight I asked for 2 glasses of tap water while they came around asking if we would like to purchase a soft or alcoholic drink or snacks. There was no water on the cart so she had to continue servicing the rest of the plane and said she would be back. The first flight attendant must of forgotten, that’s okay she was probably busy. I asked a second flight attendant, 10 minutes go by and she still didn’t bring us water. Finally asked a 3rd flight attendant and he brought it to us quickly, this was 30miniutes after I first asked. I felt that my request wasn’t as important because I didn’t have to purchase it."

While at DUB going to LHR none of the Aer Lingus staff told us we were to go to British Airways terminal until we got to counter. Why couldn’t there be advance notice?Aer Lingus is lame. This was my first & last time I fly Aer Lingus."

I don't think how have had such a pleasant, eager staff on both airlines. The food was okay, but still better than I expected. It is tough to serve that many people. I would certainly fly BA again."

If it was tilted just right it would work. The free head phones have really poor quality. I had my own. In the end... not a big issue."

Cons: "The headsets provided for international movies sound quality was very poor.my daughter and I found ourselves using a single prong (airline headsets require two one for each ear)headphones from our phone to listen to movies with only one in. One flight attendant was not pleasant and wound up spilling a full cup of water on my lap, followed by another hitting me with the food cart. I am a frequent traveler so for me this shouldn't sway anyone's opinion on a minor instance."

Cons: "Broken kiosks at airport meant that everyone had to check in at the counter - only problem was there were no Aer Lingus staff anywhere to be found. We, and dozens of other passengers waited 40 min+ before anyone showed up. Then when staff arrived they were oblivious to the huge line that had formed - they carried on their small talk amongst theirselves oblivious to the passengers who had been waiting for a long time to get their boarding pass."

I ordered a meal, but there must have been a language barrier because the stewardess sold me a meal and extra sandwich, when I only wanted one. The seats don’t recline."

Cons: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."

Crew members didnt know how to handle the situation and over 200 did not board the plane. However once taken to the plane lucky passengers had to wait outside on runway for approximately 40 mins as cabin crew also did not know how to handle the situation. Those with assigned seats did not get them and those with luggage to go in the cabin were informed there was no more space and luggage had to be put in the hold. We finally boarded the plane at approximately 8:40 but could not take off for another 2 hours where we were stuck on a small cramped space on a plane full to capacity not having eaten anything for hours with no idea of the progress of the situation. In conclusion I expect every passenger should receive a refund for not only the extrodinary 8 hour delay but for the mismanagement of the entire situation."

Cons: "Was not what I expected when booking with British Airways. This low budget airline did not continue the level of service expected when I booked the trip. It was like riding a bus in the sky. #NoComplimentaryAnything"

Cons: "Very very small amount of legroom Flight was delayed c.90 minutes, there wasn't a lot of information and eventually were told they had to use a different plane, which may have explained it's quite poor old condition."

Cons: "When i arrived in london gatwick , with easy jet , my flight was late on entry and the bus did not connect on time with the scheduled buses and it did not give me enough time to get to london stansted. Extra costs of 158 british pounds to take a taxi do i could catch my flight . Very unprofessional"

Cons: "Lateness and the waiting in the area to board with about 6 other flights in a small area with confusing announcements"

Cons: "Gate area bit narrow and clumsy. Walk to plane. Deposit your own bag on large trolley outside plane due to opportunistic charging policy of RyanAir. Seat basic no recline. No seat pockets. No wifi. Still paying £200 return.."

Pros: "we did not receive the boading check in pass even we did an online check in and end up we have to pay 55pounds extra"

Cons: "One of our ticket holders had to have back surgery due to herniated disks and was/is unable to travel. Ryan Air allows for refund requests but does not give refunds! We are unable to get any of the money back and not able to use the tickets. United Airlines on the other hand gave you s a full refund."

Cons: "Extras are ridiculous and couldn’t pay through the website so stressed about getting on the flight. Exorbitant cost of carrying a bottle of wine"

Pros: "Late incoming aircraft. Delayed boarding as we were told that there was a wait for an assistant to facilitate the boarding of a passenger using a wheelchair."

Cons: "The boarding procedure at Stanstead is terrible - lots of standing around, partly due to a delayed inbound plane, however we were all still assembled on time and this was not communicated until we were all standing in line. Seat rows are too close together - my knees were pressed against the seat in front the whole flight."

Cons: "If we must have random allocated seats and be separated could it be at least boarding on same door. I use my Ryanair app for both of us for check in and it makes boarding chaotic when one is in front and the other at the back"

Cons: "Early Sunday fligh... took 30 mins to queue from motorway to Stansted terminal. If were checking in bag there was a big queue too (I didn't need to). The slowest part was airport security, allow extra 20 minutes at least to get through. Did priority boarding so we didn't queue to board and sat together and had room for our bags (some ended up at feet or in hold)"

Cons: "6 hour delay. 5 euro voucher - that could only buy water. But worse than that was the staff on board. Their rudeness was beyond belief. They: - Stood next to me and bitched about their job and people on board the flight - Laughed about a girl in front of me and her weight - Yelled at me for having my laptop open at the start of our decent (rather than ask me to close it) - Did not apologies once for the delay (which meant I missed a family members birthday) A formal complaint will be written."

Pros: "The air crew were excellent"
Cons: "Communications around boarding and gates was chaotic and our take off was delayed for over an hour. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They seemed confused themselves and found it difficult to communicate anything helpful to passengers"

Cons: "They took my cabin luggage to the cargo even though it is the right size due to no more space in over head compartment and I believe if they where strict about the size with the All Pax and only allowed one price each in the hand the compartments would have been sufficient. You need to make sure to ask pax to be at check in desk 2 hrs before dept during peak periods due to security takes longer time make the story short I was happy with the above all standards Abdullah Benafif."

Cons: "No legroom, seats are cramped. £100 for 1x 20kg bag and £56 to reserve 2 seats. £2 payment charge in order for me to give them money... No entertainment Delayed inexplicably for an hour on the taxiway - no reason given. There aren't even seat-back pockets. Truly awful flight."

Cons: "Everything. Poor customer service. Fees galore. Fees for picking a seat, 30 euro to print a boarding pass? are you kidding me? over 90 euro to check two bags, seriously?! This airline is a joke and I will never use it again."

Pros: "Seats were more spacious then expected."
Cons: "When checking in I noticed me and my boyfriend were "randomly allocated" seats 10 rows apart. When I called and enquiried about this I was told that I would have to pay to move the seats even though there were 4 seats available next to my boyfriends allocated seat. This is ridiculous seeing as it was not a separate booking and there were plenty of seats available! On the way back my boyfriend was charged 50 euros for a bag which the flight attendant deemed as oversized even though on the way there it was perfectly fine. Her reasoning was that it would have to be put under the plane... When walking to the plane we saw that most people were asked to leave their hand luggage on the tarmac to be put "under the plane" without being charged so essentially we were ripped off yet again!"

Cons: "Gosh, what a horrible airline. To avoid unless the price is dirt cheap."

Pros: "The flight departed on time and the crew were welcoming on board. The aircraft was clean and tidy. The flight en-route was comfortable, but only as we were asked to move to the emergency exits due to a lack of occupancy. The aircraft arrived on time and disembarkation was efficient. Castellon is a small quiet regional airport and a pleasure to fly from and to. There are now some additional facilities being installed (food and drinks outlets) which will make the experience more comfortable."
Cons: "We pre-paid for speedy boarding and fasttrack. Fasttrack was good but speedy boarding was a waste of money as we were boarded via a single queue onto a bus and then transported to the aircraft. On-board service was chaotic with many passengers around us complaining about the hot food. The method of pre-ordering whilst they then serve the cold service went badly wrong and all around us passenger were complaining about not getting their food. Then it would appear they ran out of one food product which left one passenger behind us very upset and they complained. Our food arrived but it was overcooked and they attempted to overcharge us but did not argue when we pointed out their error. On arrival at Castellon whilst waiting for border entry passengers were queuing onto the tarmac prior to having access to the under-cover terminal. It had been raining but had unfortunately stopped. If it were raining this would not be an acceptable situation and one that Ryanair should address with the airport."

Pros: "As per always, Ryanair are cheap, get you to your destination on time with minimal effort."

Pros: "Friendly, calm crew. Luggage collection was speedy."
Cons: "When gate was announced everyone went straight to long queue, with only one person working gate. No sign of anyone to do priority seating, if we had booked it. We had earlier been in a long queue for security, so were feeling, tired & frazzled. Our hand baggage went into the hold instead of on the plane."

Cons: "they charge you 46 British Pounds if you do not check in yourself up to 2 hrs before the flight...it says in their written notes that you may have fees if you do not check in yourself....though I think they should write "if you do not check in yourself 2 hrs before the flight 46 Br Pounds fees occur!" None of their self check in terminals at Stansted did not work, their signs where to check in is totally confusing...and their staff is not very friendly...."

Although we were running late the door was still open and she closed it in front of us and did not let us board the plane making us miss the last flight of the day and for the whole weekend.
